The front desk clerks were customer-friendly and knowledgeable. However, one staff, David, was rude in his comments to staff and in answering a customer's question.

I like the hotel rooms, but didnt like the way staff treated me at check out! The staff did not want to reimburse me my 5.00 key fee. But they did after having to get upset with them. Makes me not want to return here!

Never stay here! It stinks and is outdated

They do a really good job at keeping a really old hotel neat and clean. If you don’t smoke you will not want to stay here. I found out that there are no nonsmoking rooms. They were very nice and quickly had someone come and spray my room but I still left the door to the balcony open all night.

Loved how the property is on the beach and boardwalk. It is within walking distance of several places. The hottub and lazy river were a plus. The price was great for the location. The room had doors that stuck and were hard to open. There was a part of the ceiling that was falling in, but looked like it was previously repaires...no leaks though, and other parts of the ceiling that were peeling. The toilet only flushed half of the time and you had to hold the handle down. Overall, the place was ok. I would come back simply for the views and location. There were also multiple parking lots which is a plus.

We checked into the hotel on August 13,2021 after 6pm. Upon walking into our hotel room, the room smelled like heavy, smoky, musty, dirty, moldy odor. Our towels, supposedly clean, covered in hair and dirt. Lots of hair and dirt everywhere. The vacuum was definitely not used. Our toilet didn't flush. We didn't shower!! Nor use their gross, dirty beds. I went downstairs and was told there were no more rooms. THE FRONT DESK DIDNT OFFER TO CLEAN NOR RECLEAN our room. I paided 150.00 through Orbitz and had to pay the hotel another 50.00 that evening BEFORE check in. The front desk person told me to take it up with Orbitz, they won't refund ANYTHING!! ANY IDEAS HOW I GET MY MONEY BACK????

I'm the type of person that doesn't go bye other people reviews but on this one the reviews was right. There was food still left in the cabinet, there was a spider webs on the wall. The person who cleans the room ask them where our room was located and she told us that she didn't know but the next morning she was right by our door on top of that no one checked our own to clean it the whole weekend that we was there. That's all it overflow call the service desk you said he didn't have anyone come out to 8:00 a.m. so we cleaned the bathroom with the towels by the door on the outside and that's how I was supposed to sitting out there but moved to the end of the porch. The next day another lady did give us a bag of towels. This is the worst hotel that I have been in

This place was filthy! We had to go to Walmart and buy our own cleaning supplies and new sheets. People are slobs and left trash and cigarette butts everywhere which didn’t get picked up. A child threw up on the carpeted stairs which was never cleaned during our visit. The staff was rude with the exception of one nice lady on our last day. The last straw was when I was wakened by a rat in our room! We got a refund and went somewhere else!! The only positive was being on the boardwalk (the very end) and the view from the 4th floor was great. Certainly would NEVER go again!

Nothing to like. People shooting off fireworks at the motel and, of course, the motel did nothing. Advertise free wifi but the wifi was useless. Won't be staying there again and sure won't recommend to anyone.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. Stepped into the office to check in there was a long line full of people who were complaining about issues with their room. One had been sent to a room that was still dirty and not ready yet. Another was mad they did not get the beach view and balcony they had been promised. After an hour long wait to check in we made our way towards our room. Only one elevator was working and it was incredibly small and could not hold more than 5 people. Always a line for it so we ended up taking the stairs for most of our trip. In the hallways we saw a giant cockroach on the wall. The hallway floors were littered with trash and cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes was strong. Apparently the cleaning staff did not feel this was their job to clean up. When we went to our room we thought the key did not work because the door would not open. It turned out we had to push on the door to almost the point of breaking it down in order for it to open and close. The bathroom door had multiple holes in it that looked like someone had tried to punch through the door. Inside the room there was no ironing board (I have never seen a hotel room without one), there were 2 cheap coffee machines but no coffee beans or plastic cups. Sheets were dirty. Shower dirty. Pool dirty. Everything was dirty. Do not let the fact this is right off the beach fool you. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN. We left a day early because it was so bad.

Place is ok oceanfront and basic staff, it’s not luxury, a lot of detail to remodel, and check in clerk tend to be rude, just the basics!!!
