This is a really nice hotel, but is lacking food service beyond a reasonable breakfast buffet. Charleston is, of course, an incredible restaurant town, so dinner is not an issue. But there's nothing nearby for a quick lunch. If they could address that, it'd be 5-stars. One tip: request a room that is NOT on the alley; the morning garbage collection reverberates loudly.

Choose this hotel, it’s a winner!

If you’re looking for a hotel in Charleston, stop scrolling, THIS is it! You’ll be pampered as soon as you arrive. There are snacks and cold drinks in your room for you, a manager’s happy hour, as well as a free cocktail/mocktail upon arrival. Turn down service comes with a complimentary treat, and there’s also a lovely free hot breakfast in the morning! The rooms are very clean, roomy, and quiet. The bathroom has everything you could possibly need with a large walk in shower and 2 sinks. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. There is a rooftop sitting area with couches and tables with a nice view of the city. There’s a small bar up there, but wasn’t open as we were there on an off time and it was cold. The bar in the lobby served a very nice mixed drink. The location was great for shopping at the market was right down the street, along with many different shops, pounds, and restaurants. I will definitely stay here any time I’m in the area, everyone who works there was so nice and helpful. Go ahead and book it, you won’t be sorry!

Amazing stay! Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly. The rooms were amazing, from the bath robes to the snacks and beverages to the turn down service. Just impeccable service. The location was great, everything is in walkable distance. We would definitely stay again. Best birthday weekend ever!

This property is absolutely amazing and easily one of my favorite places to stay. From the moment you step inside, you're welcomed with the hotel’s signature fragrance, a delicious cocktail, and the warm hospitality of the front desk staff. The hotel was beautiful, simple and luxurious. The amenities such as breakfast, cocktail hour, snacks in the room and the roof-top lounge made our two-day stay feel like a vacation. There are many good restaurants just a few blocks away.

Our stay was incredible. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The only negative is Expedia had a different price online than when I paid at the hotel.
