Wonderful hotel in a very convenient location! We had a great time at the Restoration. The room was generous and we loved the fact that we had a washer and dryer in the unit. Also, the coffee shop on the property serves amazing speciality lattes, and we enjoyed that every morning together with the breakfast that arrived each morning in a cute basket at our door. Very original and highly appreciated!

The Best Place We Have Stayed!

The best place we have ever stayed! Location was perfect! We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing! Spacious. Extremely clean. They give you a picnic basket each morning with fresh fruit, breakfast sandwiches, muffins. Such a neat added touch! There is not one thing we would change except for us to stay longer! Staff was incredibly kind and gave terrific recommendations! Even though the pool isn’t some huge hotel style pool, it was perfect for what we needed. We were able to lounge and jump in to cool off after walking all day! Again, nothing we would change. Highly recommend The Restoration for family trip!!!

The hotel was GREAT! Very clean and we loved the rustic look. The staff was super helpful and friendly (we met Quinn, and he was great!). The only parking option is really to valet. The streets are super narrow and it’s very busy! All the shops around on King Street are super expensive and we had to drive to get lunch.

Great area of town, very pretty in suite and public areas of the hotel. We were able to check in early - staff was very helpful and kind. Our only issue was with the air in our room. It became very stuffy and hot this morning. While the temperature was set to 60, the temperature of the room was 75. Otherwise, everything was lovely.

This place was phenomenal - without a doubt, the best hotel staff I've ever encountered. I am forgetting a couple of names, but Cristian (and his partner at the front desk), Angel, and Benjamin (and the other valet whose name escapes me) are some of the best in the business. The fact that the hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, great amenities, clean, and convenient to everything made our experience 5 stars and then some. Breakfast delivered to your door each morning, great little pool, coffee shop connected to the premises, beautiful courtyard, EASY valet parking process. This is what a high end hotel experience should feel like! This is the only place we will be staying when in the Charleston area.
