Great location very nice staff Rooms are old and very dated It was fine for 1 night. Nice happy Hr and small but nice breakfast

The location and staff were excellent. My only issue was the horrible mattresses. Way past time to replace those old things.

The location is an easy walk to the City Market and multiple scenic locations like churches, graveyards and pineapple fountain. Great friendly staff of people. Snacks and drinks were just right. Breakfast was convenient. Room has some age to it but we wanted the character. I would stay again and recommend to friends.

Cute place!

Charming hotel right in the historic district, walking distance to everything. We enjoyed the breakfast options and the wine and cheese happy hours. The courtyard was a great place to hang out.

They do a good job with smacks. Pleasant stay and great location.

Liked the downtown location, the breakfast option and wine in the evening. The room was okay, but the bed was uncomfortable and the heater/air conditioner very noisy. The room location was noisy.

Right in the heart of Charleston, isolated from the street and quiet. Nice, large comfortable rooms in great condition. Can't think of anything that needs improvement.

Had a late check in after midnight with a family of four. Margaret at the reception made us feel as if we were visiting a close relative’s home. She even offered dinner which we kindly declined. My sons preferred grabbing complimentary goodie bags. Margaret even checked upon us by phone to make sure we made it to our roomy room. The building is historic and well maintained. Making breakfast at the atrium near the fountain was refreshing. Each and every member of the staff we encountered was kind and professional. They allowed our car stay in their free parking lot until 5 pm so we could have a city tour after check out. A classy hotel in beautiful downtown Charleston with southern hospitality and tradition at its best. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location to market and restaurants. Love the rooms. Elevator was not working during our stay but we were informed of this prior to checkin. Not a biggie. Loved it. Have stayed here a couple of times.

Parking lot adjacent to inn for $16 a night was super convenient. Great staff.

This was a lovely place to stay in the heart of Charleston. Location was ideal for easy access to everything. The friendly staff made the Inn so much better. The complimentary happy hour and breakfast were perfect. It was so nice to sit in the courtyard with wine and cheese. Good recommendations for the area. Definitely recommend.

Was a nice boutique hotel.

Excellent customer service. Great location. Decent free breakfast. Nice free wine and cheese available in the afternoons.

Great hot for the price with a perfect location. We were here for the Basketball Tournament and it was only a five minute walk but

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is old buut but so is Charleston. Its great that they keep buildings looking in the old style. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, staff was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
