Some days without maid service. Carpet in hall was dirty. Bulb blew in bedside lamp. Breakfast at Fannie & Fox was terrible.

Staff was very slow. No room service for coffee before 9am
Horrible experience. Had to keep calling the front desk for towels that would never come. Had an issue with the toilet and waited 3 hours until I finally went and found a plunger myself to fix it. We were celebrating our wedding and it was overall just a trash experience. The view was literally of a brick wall outside our room and the hallway reeked of marijuana. The front desk also tried to charge us for room service for an adjacent room. Wouldn’t go back ever again.
