Very 70's chic, surfer vibe. Beautifully renovated hotel. Love the pool bar & restaurant.

Liked the location to downtown.

The room was very small. Cleaning is only provided every third day. We stayed 4 nights and our room was never cleaned. There is a coffee stand at the front desk which was only staffed intermittently. The location was good and sitting walking distance to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. Definitely wouldn’t stay again.

Clean, quiet rooms and a great location made for an overall fine stay. However when we got to our room there was not toilet paper. My husband and I had to call three times before they brought us a roll of toilet paper. We stayed at The Ryder three nights, one of those nights housekeeping left out door ajar which could have led to theft of our property.

This boutique hotel was gorgeous. The room was wonderful with high end amenities. I wish the rooms had mini fridge especially since we were there 6 nights. The pool vibe was great! Drinks were delicious and food was good.

Very trendy and chic. Only issue is the pool. You can’t just go and grab a chair and go for a swim. You have to check in with a maitre’d and be seated and then order drinks. They also let non-guests use the pool if they order drinks at the bar leading to over-crowding and not letting hotel guests use the pool.

Keeping our property clean is one of our goals, so we are pleased this aspect of your stay was reflective of our high standards. We apologize for the wait time for toilet paper. Our housekeeping team has been made aware of this oversight in hopes this does not reoccur, and we hope for another chance to impress you on the road ahead.

However, we apologize for any concerns you had regarding the usage of our pool.
