Very nice hotel in a great location. We had a very comfortable stay. We arrived early and were able check-in right away. We walked everywhere. The breakfast was really good. We highly recommend this hotel.

The check in process was fine and the location is great. The condition of the room was less than stellar. The walls next to the commode had “stains” on them, the corners of the bathroom were dirty, the sliding door had “stains” on them, the ceiling in the shower and bathroom were peeling and mold could be visible in the grout of shower. I’m in a very similar business and one would think that housekeeping would report the very first sight of this. We missed breakfast daily but my husband did walk down 5 mins after and had to pull teeth to request a cup of coffee, that was still there. Normally coffee stations would be left. The staff, other than front desk, was not friendly. The hotel is connected to a great Mexican restaurant, Mesa which is a lot of fun, and also the rooftop bar (check hours because it’s seems like they aren’t open when you think they’d be). Overall, eh....not my favorite Charleston hotel.
The room is very clean, quite and comfortable.
slept there for 3 nights & not once did anyone came to our rooms to refreshen it up. Was told later that we had to call in for someone to take our trash, get fresh towels, etc. ok but nobody came in our rooms while we were out all day! Call service to come fix microwave & nobody never came.
The room was big and it was great having 2 separate areas to sit in. My husband was here on business and the island in the kitchen area was the perfect place for him to set up his computer and work for as long as he needed to. The pool area was very nice, but it could have been a little warmer. The location was great and it was in walking distance of a lot of restaurants, and the bus was right outside to go anywhere we wanted. The one big downside to the hotel is the view. It is never stated anywhere when you are making the reservation that when you look out your window you will be staring at the wall to the parking garage. That was a huge disappointment. I was disappointed to spend 4 days in a historic city like Charleston and out of my window all I saw was brick. I would still recommend the hotel to people, but I would tell them that if they’re looking for a great view, this isn’t the hotel for them. If they want great service and a good meal in the morning, then they should stay here
I was disappointed. It was a nice hotel and it was clean. However, I booked a high king suite. I did get top floor but I overlooked a parking lot full of Uhaul trucks. There wasn't an ice machine on my floor or on my room. The vent whistled all night. I've stayed in many hotels that was nicer and cheaper.
The room was well equipped and clean. The location was excellent, and the staff was extremely helpful. Would absolutely return!
I'm very cold natured, so it was disappointing that the rooms have a governor on the thermostat to not go above 75. It was very cold outside, thus I was freezing in my room. However, the hotel staff was kind enough to bring me two additional top covers.
