Amazing location and great staff. Just across the street from Charleston City Market in the hart of the historic downtown. Surrounded by amazing restaurants and steps from museums and shops. Friendly and caring staff. Breakfast, vine and cheese at 5pm and cookies and milk are included. A/C a bit loud.

Breakfast was on par with a lot of places that offer continental fare. The fresh blueberries & plain Greek yogurt were appreciated. Otherwise, it was basic, which we expected. Our room didn’t have a hot tub. Staff was friendly & helpful!

The hotel is fine, nothing spectacular. Staff was nice, not overly friendly. Understandably, it’s an old building and so that’s hard to modify to appear brand new, however, it’s a window unit for the heat and air. It did a fine job heating just expected more updated/upgraded for the price. There were hairs in the bathroom and the mirror on the bathroom door was dirty, when I arrived to the room. But other than that, the room seemed clean. My biggest complaint is that the way the shower is set up, there’s no way to shower without water spilling over the edge of the shower floor and on to the bathroom floor, soaking the floor with every shower. I feel bad for the staff having to clean that every day. They did a great job of dealing with that, by the way. Overall, it was fine but for the price it did not wow me.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the outdoor patio was very relaxing. I was worried it would be loud since it’s on meeting street but it wasn’t!

Parking was a nightmare and not clearly explained. The lobby blared music all night long. Did not get any sleep. Will never stay here again and will not ever recommend this Inn to anyone.

We arrived early, but were allowed to check in. The lady at the desk was friendly and immediately got a valet to handle our luggage and park our car. We stayed for three nights and each day was a pleasure. The entire staff (both day and night) were better than any we had encountered on previous trips both inside and outside of the USA. The room appeared to have been recently remodeled and it was spotless. Housekeeping staff kept that way each day. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to have a personable experience.
