The parking is not onsite, you will have to walk to the hotel if you don't want valet parking. I'd suggest doing the valet option. The entrance to main lobby was out of order. Key did not work upon returning from visiting the ocean. Contacted front desk, transfered to guest services and no one answered. No help to enter through the pool entrance was given. This made my stay not enjoyable as it could've been. No compensation or awareness from staff was received. The valet staff offered alot of help during check in and check out.

Everything was great with a few minor comments. TV signal was poor at times, mostly sound issues but some picture scrambling. Bed was too firm for us.
