Turns out my room was assigned to someone else with a “similar” name, so the room I walked into was already occupied

We picked this hotel because of the kid water park, but it was closed already even though it was still 75-80 degrees outside.

Nice service location and luxurious. I would recommend to stay here.

The staff was great and the food and the view at their restaurant was fantastic Didn’t like the small bathroom. And when I walked out in the patio I was practically right beside a room full of people it was weird

Was a bit surprised room doors were outside but as a result of the way it’s built the ocean views were great. Rooms were not very updated. Beds were horribly small (double but more like full size) and very uncomfortable. Older pool area and Oceanside beach restaurant and decking were In need of a makeover and replacement but we enjoyed the option to use the boardwalk to the adjacent properties pools as well. Convenient parking very nice lobby and people. Overall I wouldn’t stay there again just due to age of property but it wasn’t anything that ruined our trip or anything outside of the uncomfortable mattresses.

I like the hospitality of the resort. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We most definitely will be coming back there soon.

Was right on the beach with a great view of the ocean.

Location. The ocean view. Customer service and hospitality

I liked it because it was on the water. I did not like hie some rooms are outside.

The rooms weren't in very good shape, terrible outlay forcing us to step outside in the pouring rain to access our rooms.

Rooms at the Hilton are very dated, carpet stinks, A/C is very loud, bathtub base is concave so it actually hurts the ankles when standing in it. Most tv channels do not have good reception. Reserved an oceanview room and got the view of the roof top covered with trash with the ocean far off in the distance. Goodluck getting a chair at the pool. Guests from the surrounding hotels reserve them for their large groups before the pool actually opens.

Best part about the resort was it was right on the beach. Great pools, outdoor bar, and lobby. The hotel rooms are out dated and dirty, not dirty like I wouldn’t stay, but dirty under the beds, next to night stands, and under bathroom vanity. Front desk was great, the Starbucks employees were very nice, but extremely slow, each time we stopped to get coffee or breakfast they would ask what you wanted 6-8 times. They offer self parking which is nice but it’s a walk to the hotel. Finally upon arriving there’re 4-6 valet guys. They’re nice guys but won’t let you use the luggage caddies. Every time I’d ask they’d say, nope these stay with us. We have a one year old and I’ll not paying them to help me load and unload or stuff, I’m more then capable. Very annoying especially when they saw the baby. Beach and pool is most definitely the best part.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, & a great location! I would definitely stay here again!

I liked the location but didnt like that the indoor pool wasnt onsite.

Very nice hotel close to beach. We were staying at 15th floor. The ocean view very nice although it was not completely open.

Great place to relax. The food is great and staff very nice.

I did not like room cleaniness Pool water was very dirty Paint in some places falls off Carpets smell awful

Mara at the front desk was so accomodating and professional. So were all the employees at this hotel. I had a problem with getting hot water in my bathroom and the shift supervisor waived all my incidental fees to compensate for the inconvenience. I would definitely recommend this hotel. BTW I had room 1219 with a a beautiful view of the beach.
