This is a modest older hotel. It was dated and the furnishings were all older, but it was clean. It smelled fresh & clean and dry. The beds and bedding were comfortable and clean. We were able to get convenient beachfront for a reasonable price on short notice. We wanted convenience and affordability. We aren't fussy. We want sanitary and comfortable. The staff was really nice. The grounds are comparable to all the nice hotels in the area. They have an outdoor/indoor pool, which is fun. They have a couple of hot tubs. There is also a large pool area for the smaller children with a mushroom shaped waterfall. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. There is a Starbucks only about 1 1/2 blocks away. We walked there to get coffee in the morning. We would gladly stay again...and we did! We decided to stay an additional night and enjoy both the relaxing beach area as well as go to some of the fun tourist places in town.

The room was very nice! The ocean front view was breathtaking!!The bed was so comfortable! The only thing I did not like was the parking!! There is not alot of places to park. And there was not enough carts! Would I ever come back, maybe. But overall I enjoyed my stay. And I would recommend that people come and stay there.

All we could smell was marijuana. I start choking when I have smoke around me. All day/all night is all you could smell. Headboard fell off wall into arm and bruised it up. I told office person and all he said was, "Oh do you bruise easy? Do you need to see doctor?". No, I should've been compensated for that and the fact that, unless you were on the beach 24/7, you couldn't enjoy your vacation in your room when you wanted to relax. You couldn't bring food back to your room, take a nap, or relax because of the smell, the banging next door or above you. Horrible!

Bald headed man was very discriminative when my drag queen friend was standing on the property Monday morning around 2am he kept following her and even said get off our property. rooms were old and unkept. It was a great location but it is too outdated for the money. Need more lighting, clean chair, ac was leaking and had to put down towels. The door needs to have a catcher so bugs can’t come in. The floor was too much moisture on it.
