If I'm paying almost a grand I expect that to include a place to park for free. That's not the case. I had to pay a fee to park at ther property. I'm not taking about extra vehicles that's for the only vehicle we took. I also had to either put up a $250 deposit that I'll get back 3-5 days after I check out or buy a ins policy for $40 for damages. How many ppl go to the beach and tear up there room? You would expect with all the deposits and ins policies that the room would be in great shape, again not the case. There was holes all over the walls, the TVs are old and what I call dumb TVs, couldn't call the frt desk for anything because the phone didn't work in the room, and finally it's a good place to stay if you wanna smell weed and get a contact high from the ppl in the rooms around you that are smoking weed and getting high.

Our room was absolutely disgusting. We paid over 650 for a night and it was so dirty. The shower was full of hair, the floors were covered in sand. The front desk was rude and for the price of the room we were not impressed.

The sliding door to the balcony has issues to closing and opening , also the lock had a big gap where the heat will go into de room The door door super loud( also kind of sliding door ) No cutting knife available at all , only spreading knifes. Only two l cooking pots available in the room No security or hotel employees in the pool/ jacuzzi area , so plenty of guests doing things activities against the hotel rules Very bad experience
