Room seemed clean, but reeked of cigarette smoke. I called downstairs, the best they did was spray with Lysol. It was so bad my daughter had to use her inhaler. Swim up bar and entertainment was a big disappointment.

I didn't like the adjacent rooms, and no smoking on balcony

Not a good valve for the money

My door kept locking from the inside twice and took forever for maintenance to come take care of it.

This hotel was one the worse hotel I've ever stayed at. The room has flies and was so dirty. The toilet wasn't even flushed when we got there. I called the desk and asked to have the room cleaned, they said they do not clean the rooms. "Throw your towels and trash outside in the hallway". Had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper. Door lock broke and took multiple days to fix. I've never written a bad review once in my lifetime, please do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else.

The property was ok for what it was...just a lot of smoking which wasn’t suppose to happen and the bed was very uncomfortable. But it was a affordable price

Lazy river was nice the pool could have been cleaner didnt like all the noise after midnight room could have been cleaner

The pool was a little too cold and wasn't happy that the Starbucks wasn't open. Other than that, love this hotel.

Well we stayed in a room right next to the breaker room and all night long we heard loud noises. Sounded like ship horns. We couldn't sleep,not to mention the "bed" wasn't even a real bed. Just a mattress they put on a board. Everytime you roll over or even move it made the weirdest sounds. We almost put it on the floor!!

There one night room 210 should be a closet because it is noisy at the elevator. You can’t do anything about the manners of others at 2am. The room was nice.

Cheap price helpful staff at check in but there was too much promotional adds and they were AWEFUL at check out. They were outright nasty at checkout

That it had a lazy river several pools and gone down the block for bowling and other amenities. The staff at the reception desk was very helpful and considerate.

I liked that there were many pools to choose from .!

I would like to thank you for your recent stay with us. i am sorry that we were not able to meet all your expectations. We do try hard to make everyones stay the best they can experience. The smoking is for the benifit of all guests as the cigarette smokes is collected through the AC units and disperced through other guests rooms. we are currently working on the adjacent rooms and that is part of our upgrades that we are continuing to do throughout the year.

I would like to apologize for your recent stay. We strive to make every guest experience a good one. We explain at check in the housekeeping procedures, and make it aware that the towels and trash to be placed in the hallway and new towels will be brought to you. We try o fix issues as quickly as possible sometimes it takes multiple attempts, but we do fix them.
