What a great stay. We visit Charleston often as we are only a few hours away. I’ve been to the rooftop bar often but never stayed at the hotel. The service was fantastic. Champagne at arrival. Took our bags to our room while we parked hot cocoa after our walk and pastries delivered to our room the next morning. Rooms were nicely done and the art was cool and it was festive for the holiday. The only thing they could add was a mini fridge but the manager graciously put our leftovers in the fridge. Location is perfect 2 blocks to city market. Would stay again !

The location was perfect. The entire staff, including the front desk, valet, and housekeeping were wonderful. The interiors were spotless and the decor was very cool. The ambiance in the lobby was very nice.
