Friendly front desk, art gallery in Enclave, free snacks, free bottled water, breakfast goodie bag, free morning coffee, comfortable room with turn down service, and evening cookies delivered. The extras were a nice touch. Great location to walk the Charleston French Quarter shops and galleries. Restaurants near by were good. Fun Stay! Would stay at The Vendue again.

The hotel was very conveniently located to enjoy the old area of Charleston. The room was relatively clean however the section of the hotel we stayed in (the guest rooms span what would have been 3 original buildings) smelled STRONGLY of mildew or musty old building. The overall vibe of the hotel seemed to be aiming at quirky but in my opinion missed quirky and landed in weird. Our stay was fine but I do not believe we would stay there again.

Check in was easy-very welcoming staff. (Plus a complimentary glass of bubbly!). Room was top notch. Roof-top bar was casual and friendly with a nice menu selection with good drink options. Location was perfect within a half block of waterfront park and plenty of shops and restaurants. Interesting art displayed in the lobby with happy hour reception at 4pm. We’ll definitely return to the Vendue!

Room was great as was staff and Nicholas was very accommodating. Dillon, I believe, was the valet's name and he was efficient and very helpful. The restaurant, Revival, was excellent. We dined at Peninsula Grill and other restaurants and Revival ranks right at the top.
