The room was great! Kudos to the owners of Room 815. We went to rest and relax and that wasn't the case. There was annoying construction noise off and on all day. I wish we would have known before we booked the stay. It was disappointing.

Nice clean room, well appointed, beautiful ocean view. Overall property fair cond. there are signs of deferred maintenance.. fogged windows, peeling paint, cracked/chipped concrete inside & out. The room was not what I thought I reserved from Expedia. No one at hotel could make an upgrade due to being a 3rd party. When calling Expedia, which was not easy, they blame it on the hotel. A lot of finger pointing but not much action for the customer.
