I enjoyed the view.

Could have been cleaner, needs some updating ,,, great location and amenities

Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. Location is perfect. Our room was relatively nice and clean. Elevators take FOREVER.. but we were on the 3rd floor, so stairs were our friend. Staff at checkin was nice, A lot of the building is still outdated and there were spots of mold, but for the price for off season, we would def stay here again.

The fact that there were empty chairs with towels on them at the pool while they went to beach and we did not have a chair one day there. Security just walked around and did nothing

It was good. It could use some upgrades. Pools need a little more maintenance. Overall we did enjoy the stay.

I have stayed at the Beach Cove once every year for the past six years or more. I love the location, everything you need is in this area. I gave them a three on the facility because they need to make some more updates. Overall great place to stay!

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Parking was fine. Kitchenette was well equipped, having balcony was a plus. Pools were overall okay. However, carpet in the room was not clean, chairs have some stains. Walls were thin and we were able to hear a lot from next door.

If a unit is marketed as remodeled, the carpet needs to be part of the remodel. Carpets were in poor shape. Wanted to make sure we kept our shoes on.

Outstanding view of the ocean. The poolside bar is great for refreshments and is a short walk to the beach from your room. For a quick grab at nothing fancy to eat, the food was very good Beach food.

Hotel is clearly showing it's age...lots of ceramic tile issues in pools and lobby. Just not crisp. Phones didn't work in room and were not fixed during our 5 night stay...pools had film on tile which was not pleasant. needs updating

My family and I were on vacation when we had to leave the room where we were booked due to the quality of the hotel and bed bugs.... When I arrived I spoke to the young lady ( Ashanti) and told her my situation and she was sooooo helpful in getting a room prepped and prepared for us so we didn't have to wait till 4 pm to check in. From the door the experience was phenomenal. The facility is well taken care of the staff was super! All the amenities we didn't even have to leave the resort... We had a great time.

The room was worn. We put sheets over the couch because of how worn it looked. The toilet seat was loose and bathroom ceiling had rust. The bed was very uneven and slept terrible. Sounds like they are updating and maybe we just one of the bad rooms.

This hotel was very nice. It was on the beach with fun things to do. It was also located close to a lot of things in both myrtle and north myrtle beach. There were 3 different pools and a nice lazy river so nothing seemed to be over crowded. My only complaint is about the room service. It was difficult to get extra towels, and they did not take out our trash cans everyday. We had to complain and ask them to take them out and to change our sheets. We have a little baby so those diapers got stinky. Other than that it was a wonderful and enjoyable experience

The room was dated, but it seemed clean. After 15 minutes of unpacking, my socks were dirty. Big, black bugs were on the balcony and hair on the bed sheets. The pools were dirty: hair, cups, bugs, wraps, etc. were floating in the lazy river and lying on the island floor. Beach towels were distributed in the lobby, sparsely. The front desk had no idea when the towels might come. Kept going up the stairs several times, wet with a trembling toddler asking for them. Next day I got my own towels, but the lazy river got worse. I brought it up to the security, and I was happy to see that they were closing it for cleaning. Another customer told me that cleaning would never happen. To my surprise, she was right. “After the cleaning” pictures are attached. The water in the pools changes color by noon. Just one restroom for all the pools, too far for some to bother. The icing on the cake was on the day of the check out, Aug 19th. I kindly asked for a late check out. The lady at the front desk told me that she could give me until 12pm. I was happy since it was enough to keep my daughter on schedule. Then, her colleague intervened and said that was not possible. Obviously, she was lying, and the lady who initially offered me 12pm felt embarrassed. She pretended to talk to some manager in the back and concluded that 12pm could not be granted. I left disgusted by such a lowly behavior. Needless to say, I will never, ever be back again.

We only got to stay one night but this was a very nice hotel we found last minute. It had great space in the room, had plenty of pools to swim in and close to the water. I only wish the lazy river was open. We will be coming back very soon.

I have stayed at the Beach Cove once every year for the past six years or more. I love the location, everything you need is in this area. I gave them a three on the facility because they need to make some more updates. Overall great place to stay!
