This is such a wonderful property, the room, service and amenities were actually better than described. The staff are all exceptional and make you feel at home. The location is fantastic with everything anyone could want a stone throw away. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Walking into unit has a terrible fish smell We thought from prior guests cooking or someone on same floor cooking We opened all sliders aired it out We called to report maintenance came said he didn’t smell it and fixed our tv after we aired it out we turned HVAC back in happened again it was awful all night so we turned it off slept with sliders open and was woken very early to power washers outside the leave blowers We liked the spacious unit it was very nice the restaurant was a joke it’s just a snack bar but there’s lots around

We had a wonderful stay in an oceanfront two-bedroom suite at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Oak Resort in Hilton Head. The location truly can’t be beat right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access to everything. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They graciously allowed us to check in early, which was much appreciated, and our early checkout was smooth and hassle-free. We also received great local recommendations along with helpful coupons, which added even more value to our stay. Everything was seamless from start to finish, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beachfront getaway.

All three staff members at the front desk were slow and disorganized, and even after giving me the wrong bill, they didn’t show a hint of apology. Instead, they giggled among themselves, making me feel uncomfortable as a guest. I’ve been coming to this resort for vacations for many years, but I don’t think I’ve ever encountered front desk staff as rude and lazy as the ones this year.
