Nice hotel...didnt like that you had to pay for parking but overall it was a nice hotel witj nice dining/bar.
Nice facility although a bit dated for the price. Staff was inept and unfriendly. Took four attempts and trips to the desk to get a room and key that worked.
Plenty of parking, but with no parking structure, it is a hike to get to your room.

I should not have had to pay for parking and hotel property. There was no valet I parked the car myself I emptied the bags myself and yet you had the audacity to charge me for two nights a parking.
I will be staying here every time I visit Charleston!
Everyone on the staff was nice. The food at the restaurant was good. The air conditioner seemed to quit blowing cold at certain points throughout the day and night but it did that in a different room we stayed at previously so we didn't report it.The location is good but you either have to drive or use a driving service (Uber/Lyft) to go downtown.
The room has a bigger TV than I can afford, hard to watch at night it will light up your entire room and you will go blind lol. The toilet seat was broken when we sat on it, and the bathroom was tiny but overall for one night it was a good stay.
