Best Hotel!

This hotel stay was wonderful! It was way more than what we expected. The location was beautiful. The lobby was beautiful, I loved the colors and decor! So lovely! The staff was wonderful very accomodating. The extra bonus was the managers reception Ron is awesome!!! Definitely say hi and meet him!!! He made the best drinks and it was every night! What a fun extra bonus! Plenty of drinks and finger snacks! The breakfast was delightful! Loved the omlette choices! Rooms were spacious and clean! More than we could ask for. We have stayed at owner fancier more expensive hotels and didn’t get the same service as here!!! Definitely would recommend this to others!

Overall our stay was great. We felt safe and the facilities were clean and well kept. Breakfast was tasty. Checkout was a little slow and they attempted to charge for late checkout which is a first for me.

I had the absolute best experience staying at Embassy Suites in Mount Pleasant, SC. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel completely welcome. The hotel was spotless — everything from the lobby to the rooms felt fresh, clean, and well-maintained. You can tell they truly care about guest comfort and hospitality. The location is perfect, and the amenities added to the experience in all the right ways. We “upgraded” to a corner room with a “harbor” view. We were placed on the 3rd floor with an obstructed view of the harbor due to surrounding hotels. Also paid over $300/night and still had to pay $30/night for parking in the garage attached to the hotel. Didn’t feel it was worth the upgraded price…
