I booked a large suite because I needed a quiet recovery space after surgery. The 1 1/2 bath and two rooms were ideal for my husband an I on this occasion. I can't speak for the regular rooms or the amenities in the lobby, but the suite was perfect.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff really payed attention to wiping surfaces and keeping furniture and building clean. The beds were comfortable. I’ll stay here again if I pass through.

We were told that during the Covid pandemic, maid service was not being provided. Given that we stayed for 3 nights with two young boys, our room felt pretty unclean within a few days. Otherwise, the location is excellent, the facility is very pleasing and new, and the staff was quite accommodating and friendly.

The beds were awful, unbelievably rude staff, didn’t get the room we reserved and when we asked the desk about it they said it’s all we have take it or leave it. They didn’t even tell us this was the case before charging us

Great stay 'just across the bridge'. Very large room (700 sq ft). Super friendly staff and management.

We liked the pool and snack bar down stairs. We would have liked a hot tub.

Everyone staff member from the front desk to the room attendant was courteous and friendly.

Ok; noisy upstairs neighbors; like kids were running and jumping. Had to call front desk the first night and the second night we just death with it. Should've granted a night free.

Clean and comfortable in and out quickly, would definitely recommend.

The wedding was in SC and i came from GA. I was charged twice on my card and i was in my sisters wedding and it took away from my fund's and i couldn't get a room for the next day. The General manager was very rude and she admitted they over charged me and said she could do nothing and i just had to wait for my bank to release it. Bad customer service.

The hotel stay was and in convenient location. The wifi was good and many restaurants nearby.
