They need to put in better shower heads in.

I didn't like that the indoor pool you had to go outside to get to. It is clean, but old and dingy/musty smelling. Slider didn't work properly and shower head was falling out of wall. Drain wasn't working in tub, so when showering, you were calf deep in water. Ocean Blvd is unsafe at night for young girls, in my opinion. We traveled with 2 teenage girls. The parking is limited. Provided parking lots are strange. We had to use lot a block away and walk through an alley like way to get back to hotel 2/3 nights. There are 3 lots-all across the street, which is fine, just 1 is in the back of the 2 lots-sort of tucked out of the way. Didn't feel safe at night walking back to hotel. Beach view is great. We did tower balcony. Front desk staff was friendly.

Squeaky bathroom doors, dirty mirrors, no electrical sockets for a charger or coffee machine. No elevator in the pavilion.Fantastic location, pool, bar and bartender

Friendly staff & beautiful room with a view!

Check in 4pm front desk didn’t give me room key because its not clean yet and refused to tell me when it will be available waited almost 2 hrs got the key.Terrible experience not staying this property again

Thank you holiday Inn for a fun stay In Myrtle beach . 5 stars to your staff Regan and Eric for their excellent customer service when we needed it most . The double bedroom with the Murphy bed was the right size for our vacation needs . This pavilion is directly in the heart of all amusements and entertainment which makes it a very busy hotel. 😎🇺🇸 Most of all we had no problems with parking . I just wish they had a bike/storage rack for the bikes on the first floor. Ocean blvd has a good bike lane to ride the roads .

The pools were perfect for the kids. Plenty of pool towels were always available.

The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. We were in a low rise room closest to the road. Do not take low rise. I didn’t realize it was a separate building entirely. We did not get a “partial ocean view” and it was really noisy. All night long all we could hear was cars with loud exhausts and loud music. People yelling and screaming. Did not get any sleep. Thank God I didn’t have a baby or toddler! All we could smell was weed not only in the hallways but also in our room. You have to walk to the other building for pool, bar, coffee shop and lobby. I guess I should have researched more what low rise meant. If you stay here, pay extra for main building with ocean view!

Been going to Myrtle Beach since I was a teenager and Holiday Inn at the Pavillion is the only place we stay.

beds were hard, uncomfortable

this property is right by the beach and the boardwalk. Very convenient and close to all the restaurants and activities. But given that it is right next to a busy area, it is not very quiet. You can hear the loud roaring engines of some annoying bikes and roadsters.

The room reminded me of a motel instead of hotel. The bathroom was really small and cramped. The kitchen was in a narrow hallway and only one person could pass through at a time. Very basic accommodations. Underneath stove was rusted. We decided to check out a day early.

The door was just painted and still wet. The room smelled like paint the entire stay

Very dirty and run down. No continental breakfast even though said on the website. Only a few on site parking spots. However, there is some parking spots across the busy street.

The pools and Tikki bar were awesome... So great to be next to the beach also!...The rugs and carpet have to go though. My room had a very bad odor, Old , damp carpet. I never felt clean
