Very unique building inside and out. Had no idea the history behind the property until we had checked in, very interesting! Great in-room snacks and drinks/coffee/ tea provided. Plenty of room in the suite. Carpet could use updating in our room, but other than that everything was clean, in great condition, and very comfortable. Great location for walking to shops, restaurants and museums. Included breakfast was very nice with plenty of options including made to order omelettes, eggs, bacon and sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereals, toast, pancakes, waffles, muffins, oatmeal bar, etc. Tons of dining seating and they keep it very clean. Friendly staff, and super kind valet service. Valet and parking in the parking garage cost the same fee, so if you’re not leaving often..use valet and tip and keep it super easy. If you’ll be coming and going often, the parking garage is across the alley from the hotel and is a 2 minute walk. Happy hour nightly in the reception area.

Our room was in terrible shape. Paint missing in bedroom and bathroom. We booked a weekend and only stayed one night. Skip this hotel and stay some where nice.

Property def old and could use a freshening up. Damp mildew smell. Great location, excellent friendly staff!!

No housekeeping services throughout the stay. Beds not made, trash not removed, no fresh towels or bathroom amenities like toilet paper, soap. I hope this is not the new normal.

good location

Definitely the worst Embassy Suites that I have ever stayed at. The rooms were very outdated and dirty looking. Definitely needs a renovation.

The carpet was wet with rain water (first floor) and the room smelled very strongly of mildew. I understand that the hotel is old, but this is unacceptable. There was hair on the bed sheets and smudges on the mirror. Everything needs updating. The service was good but that doesn't help the poor condition of the room. We ended up leaving after 1 night and going to a different hotel.

Location was great that’s the the only plus. This place was a trash heap. Needs a major renovation. Smells musty, old carpet, run down. Room was dirty. Check in was professional and efficient. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this property.

Outdated. Rooms are gross - stains on carpets and furniture.

Our room smelled so terrible we had to request a different room. This property is musty and dark. It is in desperate need of a makeover. Would not recommend it.

The rooms are spacious as with all Embassy Suites and the staff / common areas are great. The downside is the age of the facility, the lack of windows in the rooms, and the sound. The common area for breakfast echoed throughout the entirety of the place and was easily heard in the rooms beginning at 6am.

The property needs a total renovation. Our room was literally falling apart and smelled of mildew. The carpet and furniture was so old and dirty that I did not want to sleep there. On the plus side, the breakfast was great and the staff very nice.

The staff was fanatic very friendly and helpful great front desk people who were so helpful making food suggestions directions friendly described the whole atmosphere
