Bathroom mirror not very clean and toilets are tooo low and difficult for seniors. Some common areas in the hotel need painting. Staff was superb. Loved the cocktail hour and great breakfast.

Exceptional boutique hotel

The French Quarter Inn absolutely lives up to its reputation for Southern hospitality and charm. From the moment we arrived, every detail made us feel genuinely welcomed — from the complimentary champagne at check-in to the bikes available to borrow. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The location in the Historic District couldn’t be better — we could walk everywhere: the waterfront, art galleries, great restaurants, and all the hidden cobblestone alleys that make Charleston so special. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The breakfast and evening wine and cheese reception were both lovely bonuses that made us feel more like guests in someone’s elegant home than in a hotel. We will definitely be back on future trips to Charleston.

Its a good hotel only with 250 to max 300$ inclusive of all taxes amd fees. Upward of that really not worth. Rooms are small for the price and nothing much to do or see in the hotel.

Worth Every Penny----First I would like to thank, Kimberly -Front Desk Concierge. She was able to give suggestions on activities we could experience during our stay. Once our decision was made, she worked with us to book the activity. No Worries-from start to finish. This is what you hope would happen when you are on your vacation. We had such a wonderful time, we plan on visiting again. There was not one staff person who did not greet us and ask if we needed anything. The location is great. The hotel is around the corner from the City Market, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. It is also a short walk to the riverfront. My suggestion-bring comfortable shoes.
