The stay was very good. We had to leave early because of a family emergency. The only problem we had was I killed a roach on the bed. I would like to stay there again though.

A condo unit and a fun place to stay. Nice and clean except did find hairs in the shower. Close to Ocean Drive and all shagging facilities. Good food in the area. Oceanfront room with a pullout couch. Not the most comfortable but the bed was better. Would prefer a cheaper rate but have to pay for oceanfront. Elevators are good and modern. When you sign in can't be early and room not ready early. Had to talk to a condo realtor upon signing in just for a few minutes. I was used to getting a key and going to the room immediately.
I loved the view from my room and the location. It was right on the beach. The room was adequate. It was not noisy. The room had everything I needed for cooking. Bring your own shampoo. Lots of little restaurants and bars nearby and some shopping. Beach was quiet. Loved everything.
The additional parking was a bit inconvenient in location Both parties should have been able to park wherever available

I LIKE THE AVAILABILITY OF 1 OR 2 BEDROOM I DIDNT LIKE THE FIRST FLOOR OCEAN VIEW. THE WAS NO OCEAN TO VIEW AND PEOPLE WERE WALKING RIGHT BY OUR SLIDING GLASS DOOR LOOKING IN. THE BALCONY IS ONLY ABOUT A FOOT AND A HALF WIDE.

My ocean view was overgrown weeds, no ocean. The raw sewage smell unbearable and the mold and mildew overwhelming. I called to book my room, didn't do it online. I specifically asked about ocean view. I was promised ocean view. Upon arrival, overgrown weed view. Orbitz wanted me to pay $560 difference for the room I was promised. I'll never use Orbitz again

A small size hotel that easily accommodates a large crowd.
Great location. Older property but inside unit was in good condition. Exterior of property could use a face lift but a great value. The main problem I seen was that using orbitz caused us to have a room without a balcony. I spoke with the attendant on the phone prior to booking to verify some details. They stated they had 8 or 9 ocean facing rooms available. However, once booked and wse arrived at the hotel, we found that while 8 or 9 rooms were available, we received a room without a balcony. Never thought to ask that question as I assumed all ocean facing rooms, based on the photos. It appears to me that the reason we were booked into the non-balcony room is that we used orbitz. I understand the reason, and really don't have a problem with them doing that. But I also believe the next person should know this and if I had known, I would have booked at a different place. My wife loves sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the sun rise. Didn't happen. :(
Nice place for a weekend getaway. Good food within walking distance. Will be back!
Located on the beach was the only positive. They had my name incorrect at check-in, that was a simple fix. There wasn't enough parking. The room was very outdated. Bathroom cabinet was falling apart at the bottom and the shower and knobs appeared dirty it was so old. There were dead bugs on the kitchen floor when we woke up after the first night. The ac unit was right beside the bed and had to be blocked with a pillow so it didn't blow directly on us. No t.v. in the bedroom. We only stayed 1 of the 2 nights we had booked.
Basic room. A little dated but decent. Will stay again!
My family and I stayed at Peppertree by the Sea for my daughter’s spring break. I was hesitant at first, because it was priced so low for such a prime time of year. Check in was very easy and quick, and our room was ready immediately upon arrival. The exterior of the building was a bit dated, but I expected that from the pictures I had seen online. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room. Everything looked exactly the way it was presented in pictures online. The room was very clean and well laid out. We had an amazing view and stayed in room 409. The kitchen in the room was stocked with the necessities pots, pans, plates, cups,silverware, even a toaster and blender. It was definitely enough to cook meals in your room if you choose to. The area was close to restaurants and grocery stores. The balconies are small, but functional. The hotel offers one outdoor pool that was too cold to swim in, and a nice lawn and BBQ area for guests to use. The indoor pool was heated, but the only issue I had at all with our stay is that the water was so cloudy you couldn’t see your feet at the bottom of the pool in 3ft of water. The ocean was too cold to swim in and so was the outdoor pool so the indoor pool not feeling as clean as it should was a little off putting.It doesn’t have the bells and whistles of a resort, but was great for the price and oceanfront location! Would definitely return and suggest for those wanting a clean, safe, oceanfront vacation on a budget!
