This place is so nasty !! Do not stay here it needs upgrades ! Didn even have hot water the first night !

The location and property were great! We loved the pools, the pool bar (drinks and food), the beach. The staff was wonderful all around. We were disappointed in not having access as we were told to continental breakfast, there was no ice machine available in our entire building, the ‘nightlife’ on property was nil and our bed was very uncomfortable.

First trip since covid, so we were very cautious. I booked Hilton because my assumption was as they are charging over $600 a night, things would be super clean and cautious. The room did not seemed to be thoroughly cleaned. The sofa cushions were out, all kitchen cabinets were open, dust on the dining table and an unused lotion bottle on the floor, a used towel in the bathroom. We called the front desk. It took a while to get in touch as it was a very busy checkin time. They offered to send someone to clean. We declined as we did not wanted anyone in the room after we checked in. So the enhanced cleaning etc. seemed a marketing jargon to me. The room sizes are simply amazing. The kitchen was really good size. In room washer and drier with good quality appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really spacious. Ideal for a long term stay. The balconies offered awesome view The location is really good for family oriented crowds. As the beach has a private access it was not too crowded . Breakfast was limited but good. Lots of activities in the resort. If you go to on-site Starbucks or other amenities expect delays as they seemed short in staff. Only one person in the coffee shop who will take the order, make the coffee, take they payment. But the staff is friendly. The door did not have a privacy chain or internal lock. The condo we were in could use some touching up and it will look magnificent. Overall, I would give this place another shot.

The location is good. Very quiet. Enough (but not too much) space. The table on the porch needs chairs as there are none. The carpet should probably be updated. There are not enough dishes and there is no can opener (I had to buy one.) Very challenging to get the hotel staff to bring towels etc. It took several calls.

We checked in on Friday and received a room in the Brighton Building. The first night I called the front desk to let them know that the air conditioning unit sounded like an airplane taking off. They said they were sending maintenance. I waited 30 minutes and no maintenance. I called back and she said I was next. Well, needless to say I dozed off after another hour and a half and still NO maintenance. I feel asleep with no air just avoid being unable to sleep due to the noise. The next day, I called back to the front desk on my way coming back from breakfast only to be told that I had been checked out of my room. I told her that I paid and was charged for 2 nights and the front desk confirmed the number of days. So, I had to go back to the front desk to get another set of keys just to get in the room. Maintenance finally came and said there was nothing he could do that and that the unit was just old. The hotel moved me across the hall only to find out that the room would not get cold and their was hair and crumbs in the bed. I went back to the front desk and was told that I was being moved to another building but then the manager said they were moving me to another room in the same building because the room in the other building wouldn’t be cleaned that day. So, I changed rooms again. The hotel initially only offered an apology. They issued a $50 credit to my bill even through I had to sleep in a room with no air and move twice. Very disappointing.

Liked the splash park and lazy river for the kids. South Hampton condos were clean, spacious, and loved waking up to the ocean front.

Original condo was nasty, dead bugs and roaches in every corner, old food crumbs on/in bed, old/sticky dust in bed lamps. I was switched to their tower hotel rooms. It was definitely cleaner but the entire facility was just older. Hot water in shower went in and out while the water pressure was minimal. The complimentary breakfast was a nice gesture but the food was not that good in taste. In all, the staff were wonderful though and did a great job in trying correct the concerns of patrons. Very friendly and service conscience. I was very surprised at checkout when my receipt stated $0.00. They ended up comping my room and services. This was a great show of respect and it was appreciated. The rooms/hotel just need updating and probably more house keeping services to keep up with all of the demand. It was not what I expected out of a Hilton property but the staff made it as best as they could.

Great property, didnt really care for having to pay for parking, but over excellent stay!

Never again I got bit by something in the bed, molded coffee in coffee maker just disgusting

No washclothes in bathrooms and customer service check in/out staff was rude

Room wasn't clean didn't have towels

The privacy and how organized the location, rooms, and pools are.

I did not like: no daily room cleaning, called the desk for towels and 2 rolls toilet paper and no one brought towels and one roll of toilet paper, had to go to the front desk for clean towels daily, had to obtain a large trash bag to be used for gathering the wet/used towels, and the bed sheets didn't fit completely.

We stayed in the condos and the one we walked into was dirty. Had to ask for someone to come clean. It was not great. The location was great, but everything else wasn't. Beds uncomfortable. Bedding ancient and old.

Room was very nice. I wouldn't say outdated but lived in. Room service didnt answer so i left a message for towels to be restocked, and they mever showed.

Very clean condo...wonderful staff...will definitely stay again

Nice location, rooms were dated, carpet was old, walls were marked up, no ice machine easily assessable.
