I didnt spend a lot of time in the room or use the hotel facilities but overall itmwasmampleasant experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Nice and helpful staff. They are reliable and good follow through. The hotel, however, was horrible. Not well maintained or cleaned. Confusing to get around. Don’t stay there. I checked in and then checked out within 12 minutes. Staff was very nice about it, but it was too gross to stay.

Can't beat the location. Hotel a bit tired in terms of look and condition. Noisy.

Front desk staff was very welcoming and let us know all about the resort. Room was oceanfront as booked. Updated room but starting to have wear and tear on carpets. Shower had mold stains in grout. Access to beach was nice with a shower. Pool and resort were kept clean with clean towels. Overall good experience.

This hotel is super nice. I can't remember what our tower was called, but the room was clean and the beds were comfy. The view of the ocean was amazing. Also, there are many different pools on site. Parking here is also super convenient compared to some of the other hotels. They have a parking garage right across the street with an elevator. There is also a restaurant on site and starbucks on site! Also pretty close to the boardwalk. We walked there almost every night.

Ok hotel. Worst beds I've ever slept in. Came down during black bike week and it was absolute hell and surely contributed to make a horrible experience. Definitely would not recommend for a vacation spot not relaxing or enjoyable in the least.

Hotel was in a great location and the Staff was good. One housekeeper person seem like she had an attitude when you ask her something.Over all everything was good. I would recommend this to friends

Well after arriving, the hotel looked beautiful from outside, but after waiting 5 hrs for check in, and to be made to wait yet another half hour after being reprocessed for key and told room wasn't ready yet. I expected to get what I paid for, an ocean front, suite, well their plan was different,we were placed in a corner room, that we opened the door, the horrible mold and weed smell was nauseating, the room was dusty with old stained furniture a chair that was covered in stains which looked to be human fluids and waste. Combined with the heavy smell of bleach and dripping bathtub faucet. I immediately called front desk, and requested another room, I was told there was none available, but manager what can he do to make it okay, I asked to be sent to another facility which he did, do satisfied with his action, but not happy with the waste of our limited time and money.

Orbitz ordered the wrong hotel room. I asked for 2 bedrooms kitchen, living room. I got 2 BEDS ONE ROOM and because I trusted Orbitz and didn.t read the itinerary, I was stuck. No one cleaned the toilet, sink or tub once while I was there. Vacuumed once wouldn't make your bed unless you asked them to. The building I stayed in was a dump. Orbitz was the was the worst experience of my life. I paid approx. $240.00 to fly one way thru you and because of a Blizzard I asked to change my flight to a day earlier and you wanted to charge me $200.00 NO Class. I will never book thru you again or refer anyone to you

ask for a veiw of the water it cost me 30.00 dollars more and when i booked it said a water veiw

The viwe was the best part. I had a ocean view from the third floor and it was awesome. Bathrooms are a bit small for a decent sized room. Biggest thing for me wasnt the price of the motel as much as the resort fee on top of the rate. Beware the hiddden fees. I stayed 2 more days in the area but not at this motel. With the extra fees it wasnt worth the price, at least to me. And the tv wasnt that great for reception

The room was ok but the parking was not good. My husband has a serious heart condition and lung infection. We had to park at least 2 blocks from the hotel and walk in the bitter cold. All the places at the hotel were full including handicap.

Nice rooms. The hotel staff was really nice. Close to the beach and other stores/restaurants were all walking distance.

Have stayed here many times over the last 15 years. Great staff. Left my glasses in the room. A member of the cleaning staff ran across the street to catch me and return my glasses.

We booked thru Orbitz !! When we checked in they charged us and extra $16.00 per night !! The hot tubs blow air ( not water ) sort of like a fake juccuzi !! The area where the hot tub & pools are had not been enclosed for winter ( very cold ) !! They do have a good breakfast for and extra $8.00 / security and parking are good !!

Hotel is right on the beach and there are facilities on property to keep the whole family entertained such as an indoor pool and lazy river. My room smelled a bit like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room and I was located on the third floor where it was a bit noisy from people outside constantly yelling by the pool.

Needs updating, but is very clean and has everything you need. All amenities are nearby if not found at hotel.

The best part of this resort is the location. If you like being in walking distance to restaurants, Starbucks and bars and being right on the beach, this checks those boxes. If you're expecting it to come with exceptional customer service, modern accommodations, and a well planned out resort, then this may not be for you. Pay the extra or go to north Myrtle and stay at a Marriott, Hilton or Wyndham property. Even though the units are privately owned, you expect a certain level of quality and simple pleasures like complimentary coffee already in the room. By time you pay the resort fees and overcome the inconveniences, you really have not saved much by staying here. For us, we were only in town for the weekend for an event, but my wife saw enough to say we're never staying at this place again.

This hotel is super nice. I can't remember what our tower was called, but the room was clean and the beds were comfy. The view of the ocean was amazing. Also, there are many different pools on site.
