It was truly the worst vacation ever. The hotel, shown in the photo below, was nothing like what me and my family expected. When we arrived, we were told to wait for hours just to get a cleaned room. I felt highly dissatisfied and completely misled. Instead of the hotel we paid for, we were placed in a nearby motel under the same property. The room smelled like wet carpet and dirty dog absolutely unacceptable. Do not book this hotel I felt unseen and poorly treated.

Not the cleanest place to stay. In our first room couch was disgusting, dirty. Carpet smells and was wet. Bathroom had mold. We needed to wait four days for a new room. In a new room ( upgraded)- in a kitchen we had cockroaches. You could see cockroaches around the pool on daily basis. Water slide for kids didn’t work for ten days. The check in takes around 30minutes

Nice new room. But had issues.

Newly remodeled room. Very nice. But ice maker did not work. 2 days later maintenance showed. Not hooked up. New door hinges squeaked like a haunted house. Handled. Sink leaked onto floor. Was not properly sealed underneath to counter. Had maintenance add silicone caulk. Handled. Parking still stinks. Its a crap shoot. Room on first floor next to parking lot. Street. Loud. High property fee. Crazy. Just for pool use?? Oh well.

The room was okay. The room had sand all over the floor and in the bed. The house keeper did not come to the room to give fresh towels or change the trash. Best thing was the view.

The location was great - close to Broadway at the Beach and right on the beach. The "remodel" was disappointing. We stayed in a 1 Bedroom Deluxe Oceanfront Queen Suite. The rooms smelled musty, the AC was loud, smelled and leaked. The murphy bed was gross once you pulled it down. The pool deck did not open until 9am and closed at 11pm. There wasn't anywhere to sit/hang out before or after that time. My son would not go in the pools because they looked dirty and dated. The tiki bar closes early. Elevators are old and slow. Laundry is available but you need $2 in quarters to use and there was no change machine and the front desk looked confused when asked to make change.

Bed comfort was ok, food options well I ask the front desk if the hotel had a restaurant for breakfast and didn’t have any so that’s not good, I have other issue that i didn’t like at all for example that they always closed the gates when the pools were closed and I know other ppl were also complaining about that and we had to go around the public entrance to the beach when for one we don’t have to cuz that’s why I’m paying for my hotel, the dryers were not working, and no blender in the kitchen how can you have a full kitchen with no blender ,the fridge was so little and I went to the front desk cuz my unit was not what I was expecting cuz the pictures show something else and they told me they didn’t no other rooms available , and lastly a couple times when I went to the pool area did not have towels available. So general it a poor experience. So hopefully they can fix these issues.

We love the kitchen which provided us some of the kitchen stuff placed in the cabinet. It helped us a lot. As a family of six, having extra sofa beds gave us a good time to stay together. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool with nice complimentary breakfast. Our over all stay was very pleasant. We appreciated.

I booked a condo for me and parents the pictures and beds was not the same. My parents disabled they tried to put us on the second floor with no elevators. And the beds was small. But Chelsea change our room to first floor we just work with what we had. Thank you Chelsea for that. And I’m a smoker there was no destination smoke areas for that. So we had to stand out in the rain to smoke. I thought that was a bit odd that we could not smoke on either balconies we paid for.
