Staff and place was awesome . Loved the pools and kids had lots of fun

Pros: The view is amazing (we were on the 4th floor). My kids enjoyed it! Cons: Hotel does not honor Orbitz guarantees (free breakfast). The Jamaican section of the hotel is pretty worn down, stay in the other sections of the hotel. Check-In is insane as there are not enough people working the desk. Our toilet ran non-stop 24/7. Housekeeping forgot to bring towels twice, never vacuumed. Bathroom was so tiny the door couldn't be opened if anyone was already in the bathroom. Overall: I would look at other hotels and only reserve this one again if the price were right and I was able to get a room in a more modern part of the hotel. There are so many other options in Myrtle Beach.

We stayed here so that we could join up with out of state family that came for a visit to Myrtle Beach.

The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is that it isn't really the kind of hotel we typically like. We tend to like smaller hotels. However, this is a very nice place to stay. Beautiful views. Great pools. Nice room (although we slept on the Murphy bed in the living room because we loved listening to the ocean and liked the views. The bedroom didn't have either.) The beds were comfortable but the Murphy bed... not so much so but as I said, we that was OUR choice. We were on our way to Charleston to visit our daughter and this was just a one day stop but it was memorable. We got up early and watched the sun rise over the ocean (gorgeous) and were sad to leave. Families will love this place.

Very nice stay at the Caribbean Resort and villas. Hoping to come back soon and the small white building will be ready.

Our trip was great! The hotel exceeded our expectations! This was our first visit, but it will definitely not be our last! Our room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated! Our kids loved the indoor pools on the property! Plenty of amenities! Even had a game room right across from our room!! Would recommend to anyone!!

I booked for a one night stay for myself and my husband. Because it was December I’m assuming we were upgraded to a better room. It was a nice surprise. Hotel smelt great! room was very clean and comfortable. The only problem I have is I already look to see if we could afford to come stay with you in March and the rooms are running about $265 a night. So nope I guess the only time I’ll try to stay with use in December. Very nice Resort best I’ve stayed at in Myrtle Beach

Wonderful oceanfront suite. All the amenities and more. Been staying at this hotel for 11yrs. Gets better and better each year!

The hotel itself is verrry nice....great pools, plenty of space, palm trees adorn the grounds..everything you'd want for a Myrtle Beach outdoor hotel experience. The room though, left me cold. I stayed in the Jamaican Inn which is just a standard room. I had it's own pool and was very cute looking from the outside. The room looked recently painted, with a few chips and scrapes here and there ...the bed and pillows were very comfortable..but no bed skirt...I didn't like that.... I think housekeeping could've done a better job on the actual room cleaning. So while it was a pleasant stay, it could've been better.

Our room was nothing like the pictures. We stayed in the Jamaican building. Our room was run down, door didn't latch properly most of the time, no coffee or filters for the coffee maker (and weren't told we needed it), weren't told about all of the amenities or locations so missed out, room smelled really musty, beds and pillows were terrible (could feel every spring in it), elevator was gross, we didn't even get room service our last night so had no clean towels for the next morning. Only up side was how big the rooms were, how close we were to the ocean and the partial ocean view.

Very nice resort. Good location to restaurants and attractions. Several nice pools, good beach access. Room was clean and comfortable and was reasonably priced.

Hotel was great! Amenities amazing, was a bit disappointed that I didn’t have my room cleaned twice on our 6 day stay. But everything else was great. Hotel is in great shape, the pools were amazing.

I stay in the Jamaican nice quiet and clean, I will be back a the hotel, I love the free breakfast at captain seas restaurant...

This resort was an awesome resort for family vacation however I was very upset during check in at how slow it was and then how rude the front desk lady was. Everything else about the facility was great! Our room had a great view, awesome pools and lazy rivers, and was right on the beach! The best part of the hotel was the rooms being so large and having a kitchen!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice and clean. Staff was excellent.

Very clean room but mattress needs upgraded to better quality overall great stay

We had a great stay! The only problem was no hot water on last day to take a shower. Their boilers had gone out! Still a great stay and beautiful beach front. Would stay there again!

It was a very very much needed getaway we had 3 bedrooms it was very Spacey and clean

Beautiful view. Will stay here again. Awesome staff!!!
