The rooms are dated, the lock on the room door was broken, and tv connections barley worked. I suggest that if you plan on staying at this hotel, you should definitely look over your room.
Everything was nice and clean
Check in took way too long. The workers were talking amongst each other and not taking care of the guests. The line was long too. Waited 30 minutes just to get called to the desk to check in and I was first in line
The resort had plenty of pools which the kids enjoyed and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean but dated and it did smell like marijuana. We did notice that the property is showing signs of age and probably needs an upgrade. There was also a lot of people partying and smoking pot. Something we did not expect at a family resort. Also there are rules in place but the staff does not enforce them. Overall we had fun and so did the kids but we will move on the next trip.

Room was in very bad condition between being dirty and mold and just not cleaned at all. Pool staff very unfriendly
Facilities were clean and well managed. Valet space is VERY tight. Close to no space at all when loading and unloading vehicles. The first night, I checked in, but my door did not close properly. I could give my door a push without using the key card and it would open right up. I had to sleep that night with just the deadbolt, which wouldn't be a problem, but the screws were stripped as well so if you were to give it even a bit of force, it would pull the bolt right out of the wall. They fixed this issue about midday the following day. Regardless, that lack of security is worrisome. Other than that, facilities are great, staff is extremely friendly, and overall enjoyed the trip/stay.
The stay was nice, enjoyed the pool. The room was spacious but the room needed updates. Toilet was broken and rocked, panels were falling from wall, carpet was ripped and pulling up.
