Was super close to boardwalk and the beach

The view

My room was on 4th floor and there is no elevator in this hotel. You got to walk all the stairs with all your luggage. Upon first look at furniture in the "Deluxe" room seems to be a thrift store stuff. There is no rooms cleaning or room service. You got to take your towels down stairs if you want them replaced with clean towels in case you have multiple days stay. You got to go to management on first floor and ask them if you run out of toilet rolls. Air condition units are as old as this building itself. No sofa or extra chair in "Deluxe" rooms. I stayed there for three nights and room was not cleaned even once. You got to take your trash downstairs yourself. Remember there is no elevator in this vicinity.

I liked that everybody was friendly

Super outdated, rough area. No elevator, springs in the mattresses. We almost left but was too hard to find something else that late. There’s a reason there’s only three pictures in the website.

Nice area ,the midtown inn is a little outdated. Property is maintained and pool is nice.

Roaches in the room. Over charged and bad quality rooms. Bed sheet was not washed properly.

It was great. Quiet and near the beach. Ms. Angela, checked us in with great care. She was awesome

The proximity to the beach and the boardwalk in itself was worth staying. Not Excellent but no hesitation to stay again...

The view and it was a very nice room we had. Very close to the local shops we could go check out within walking distance of hotel.

Very clean, nice pool, walking distance to the beach and boardwalk.

Room was filthy, shower was gross (mold, hair stuck to walls) sink about to fall off wall. Had to call police at 4:00am to disperse loud party outside our room on balcony. Just a nasty place...

It was great for the cost. Close to center of everything which allowed walking.

Outdated and could use better cleaning. Stayed 2 nights and never received maid service.

I like the walking distance to the beach. I didn’t like the dirty room and the guy that was working that night didn’t offer a clean room. I was glad the next morning ladie cancel my reservation and at least gave me one night back(i should off got both).

Not a bad place, 2 blocks from the beach... good price for the location and that's really what you're paying for, plus had a mini-kitchenette which was nice. Don't expect a nicely renovated hotel room, because this is definitely not... things are a little dated, but I am willing to overlook that to have the convenience of walking to the downtown myrtle beach area.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was beautiful but when you look look .. stains are in the covers. I dislike that!
