Our room was good. We had a one bedroom ocean view. Two exits for the balcony, so that was good. Room 1212, seemed more of a condo than a hotel. Many things were closed, but the staff was accommodating.

The staff is amazing, and super friendly. The security guards are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The hotel it's self need to be remodeled. The hotel smells old like a mildew type of smell. The room I had the floors were broken, bathroom tubs were dirty.

Check in was easy, but our room was dirty. Hair was left on the sink in the bathroom, cigarette buds were all over the balcony, and the hallway smell of a very weird unpleasant smell. We also had a leak in the wall that kept us up all night. For a cheat simple stay it’s fine, but the pictures don’t match the actual hotel.

Resort being close to beach was great, two decent pools outside, but the age of this property Shows. Getting off our Tenth floor elevator, you can smell old cigarette like odor. Very good view, but they need to spend some $$ into upgrades. After being at Resort for several days, our security man decides to enforce this Pool Wristband thing, but seemingly we got singled out, no one else was asked to wear them. I wish I got his name, Was Wearing a beanie, in 75 Degree heat. Hope he sees this. He messed up an otherwise pleasant day at the Pool.

Great location, family friendly, 2 outdoor pools with 1 partially inside, 3 outdoor hot tubs and one inside. Right on the beach, my stay in the angle oceanfront queen w pullout was perfect for a family of 4. Def recommend this hotel, great for the price, would stay again.
