Clean and friendly staff. Beautiful room and views of the ocean.

Parking is terrible if you don’t use valet .. Someone scratched my car in the garage ... valet is 20 dollars daily .room sheets dirty on pull out sofa , no daily housekeeping service ... furniture with many scratches ... ocean view vey nice with balcony .

Beachfront property with a great staff. Property is a few years old and only some of the suites have been updated. Recently taken over by Hilton, there are rooms that do not meet the hilton standard. We had a room booked through Orbitz and a room booked through HGV. There was a significant difference. Orbitz room was not updated and the carpet had several stains on it. all the amenities in the room were outdated and well worn. The Bed was very uncomfortable and we ended up leaving early. Both Orbitz and the hotel staff were gracious and helpful. A refund was received from Orbitz and their customer service was excellent. Hotel staff was great to work with, they are just restricted with what they can do dependant on which service you book the room through.

Excellent property..ocean view rooms had good views and good space for our party of 9 people. Pools were clean and we spent most time inside the resort than the beach as there was tornado warning.

Comfortable rooms, efficiencies. Proximity to Magnolia Buffet and Miniature Golf (though I didn't indulge in the latter.)

I loved it the hotel and the stay. The hotel was very clean safe and appealing

The room wasnt ready until after 7pm. We were tired and needed to rest. The swimming pools need upgraded for adults. They are great for children

Had no problems at all . Parking was not what I expected but it wasn't bad
