The staff was so friendly and nice! The room was extremely clean, I think the room floors just need to be steamed and cleaned a little more. Overall I loved my stay and I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone staying in Myrtle beach

At the beginning of my stay I was not impressed with the booking of my room since I was told we would be on a lower floor and I was told that my room was on the fifth floor. But after being in that room our trip was great a comfortable bed and an awesome view of the beach and ocean. 10 out of 10

Under renovation

Upon arrival, pictures did not match the room we received. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, that did not make up for the status of the building. Under the guise of renovation as the hotel was built in 1974, the room, pool and amenities were all outdated. There was no bible, no phones, no dressers. We stayed for 4 days and had to request daily towels that we picked up at the front desk after waiting for the washing to be completed. The uber drivers all had negative comments upon pickup and drop off. We simply felt catfished. Everyone we complained to stated the we should visit North Myrtle Beach instead.

Good ocean view from balcony. Good location for tablefor sea outlook. Due to mobility issues, difficult to access pool.Need rail along steps. It would be nice if hotel provided umbrella and chairs higher off the ground for disabled guests. EXpedia does not list fridge with standard room. Enjoyed stay Billing error, will explain.

overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower had very little water pressure and the hot water wasn’t hot at all. It was lukewarm at best.
