The only thing I enjoyed about the hotel was the ocean front view from my room. The hotel room wasn't cleaned properly the room was very dusty, hair in the shower, bathroom sink and hair on the bed. I'm glad I packed Lysol wipes, towels, throw blankets, and my own pillow case. There was a big roach in my room the staff was very nice and moved my husband & I to another room with a oceanfront view when we walked in the room it wasn't properly cleaned just like the 1st room. The floor was so dusty it looked like the blankets were just changed. The front desk did mentioned that housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms everyday while staying at the hotel but i expect the room to be cleaned properly after somene checks out.

The hotel for staying there was okay , but I’m really upset with the billing , booked with my credit card and paid 3 nights with that , added 2 nights using my debit visa and looking now they have taken all out of my debit visa , I’m upset, I never gave them permission to do this !

This property was absolutely perfect! My family and I enjoyed the breakfast options each morning and enjoyed the bar/restaurant the hotel offered as well! I had the chocolate cake almost every night because it was so delicious! We woke up to a beautiful ocean view and sunrise everyday! We loved Tim at the front desk…He was so friendly and funny! Thanks for making our stay enjoyable!

The sheets on my bed had dry blood stains when I call to the front I was told staff was gone for the night however they would have the security guard to bring up some fresh sheets. My shower was also dirty as well.

Pros: Check-in and check-out were smooth. Beautiful ocean view and quiet surroundings. The room was spacious and comfortable for 4 people. They provide beach/pool towels. Cons: The mattresses were very uncomfortable—too soft and saggy, which left me with back pain every morning. The breakfast experience was disappointing: they were always out of something (hash browns, sausages, bananas after 8 a.m.), the pancake maker didn’t work, the waffle batter dispenser was broken, and sometimes there were no forks. We constantly had to ask for items to be replenished. PS please note that there is no cleaning during the week stay, and they change towels twice a week.
