Crappy customer service
Well check in was ok. I had already paid a down payment and was told that when I got there I would have a certain amount left to pay which was fine. When I was told the total amount due that I owed I paid it. The next morning I looked at my bank account and they took out the WHOLE total amount of my stay. I even went downstairs and tried to explain to the older gentleman and it was like I had the proof on my phone and he was still calling me a liar. I was fed up! Went back to the room and called my bank. The lady at the bank did verify that they did take out the total amount of my whole stay. Went downstairs called my bank in front of them and the older gentleman wouldn’t hardly let the lady at my bank talk. I went back to my room called my bank again and verified again and it was the total amount. So not only did I pay a deposit but I also paid the whole total amount of my stay. Which was over $504. Every time me and my daughters would go downstairs after that the older gentleman would look at us and just shake his head. Also he keep trying to tell me I booked through Expedia! I was like dude no I didn’t. Will never go to this place again. Their communication sucks. The manager acts like they are scared to get out the office to fix a problem. There was pub hair in the hot tub. They never brought us extra towels. Stains on the sheets. Property itself just looked all around rough! Also we was getting woke up every morning at 5:30-6 with kids running nonstop the floor above us.
