The only thing I wish we were told at check in was that that was the only day the waterpark would be open. We stayed Saturday -Tuesday. All the website says it open seasonally with no dates. Otherwise room was clean with a great view of the ocean!

My wife and I arrived on Sunday.. next day we sent to sit and enjoy the lazy river... at about 4;30 someone threw a rock the size of a tennis ball, hit her on the left side of her head... her head swelled and started bleeding... went to the first aid shack but the life guard was chatting up a girl lifeguard.. security came, asked our room number, that was it. Lifeguard brought ice in a bag and paper towel... EMS called and checked her out... she did not pass out, had a terrible headache and bleeding for two days.... NO ONE FROM the Hotel bothered to check on her, even though I told Crystal from guest services about he incident the next day... she said someone would check on her.. NO ONE BOTHERED TO CHECK ON HER OR APOLOGIZE...maybe a lawyer or tv station can get one from North Shore... absolutely discusting and no excuse...

The outdoor pool was great. I wish the kiddie pool had been a hot tub. Indoor hot tub made me dizzy from the chlorine. Still don’t understand where/how to access the waterpark so was disappointed to miss the lazy river. Loved the view from our room. Seemed like a good value for the proximity to the ocean. The staff was friendly. Signage and map could be much better.

Overall it was ok. The staff wasn’t very friendly but not outright rude either. The bathroom wasn’t clean, shower curtain had black spots on it and the exhaust fan was broken, I attempted to call the front desk multiple times but no response. For those reasons it was just ok.

Mid range on the beach

A nice hotel. not too expensive, in a good location ,felt clean and safe. We enjoyed it. Did not utilize the “waterpark” as it is a lazy river with a large splash pad for kids.

Our stay here was pretty convenient! Close to the beach, and many restaurants! Would give 5 stars but the shower curtains were moldy, parking is limited, and upon check in the employee was rude! Room is spacious and views were amazing! Would stay again if have new shower curtains!

The overall feel was dated and in need of a revamp. We were on the 3rd floor and the only floor that the ice machine worked was the 7. Which I found out after spending 30 min going from floor to floor with another guest doing the same thing. The front desk was unable to direct me toma working one. Her suggestion was to check around. The one hot tub was occupied by the same group of people the entire stay. Pool towel cabinets were empty the entire stay and had to go to the desk for them each time.

This property is a older property, but everything was clean and the beach access was the best. We really enjoyed our weekend at this resort. We didn't even leave the first day, they had everything we needed.

A needed break, but.

Check-in was easy. Very informative. Getting my bags to my room was a bit frustrating. The doors are not automatic and they do not swing back and fort, so you have to have someone hold them open. Pushing the cart and trying to hold the door open was a bit much. The ice machine(only one) was on the 7th floor all the way on the other end. I stayed on the 4th floor. The mattress was hard, and there was no comfortable chair in the room. The staff was nice. Location is great. And the waterpark was enjoyable. Oceanfront room, loved it.great balcony view.
