There were bugs everywhere. The door to the balcony was nearly impossible to open or close from the inside and completely impossible from the outside. The only table space in the room was almost completely used up by the microwave and a coffee maker with a cord too short to reach any outlet. And the room had no "Do Not Disturb" sign when we checked in.

The Location was good. The Staff where nice. The rooms where somewhat clean floors where dirty though. The halls and elevators where always dirty. When you get your Parking Pass they give you a Timeshare sales.

The property was run down and poorly maintained. There was no cold water in the shower, the toilet set was improperly fitted with the wrong size top, and the doors and fixtures were worn, old, and falling apart.

Room wasn't ready . When we got to the room it smelled funny and was very outdated and not so clean. The towel in the bathroom had someone elses hair on it. Balcony chair was broken. Furniture in the room was all scratched up. Overall the place looked nasty ,even saw a roach on the wall. Room was to pricey and not worth the money.

I paid for a ocean view room and was put on the side of the building. When requested a better room we were told we would get on the following morning. The next day came and the room they promised myself and another group they told us all that they were booked. They did not come to clean my room during my 4day 3night stay, people were leaving their trash outside of their doors to be picked up.

As soon as we got into our room the toilet was clogged. Called the front desk and maintenance didn’t show up until the next day. The air conditioning was working well in the room but the rest of the hotel was a nightmare with the heat. I’ve seen cheaper motels that were cleaner. Second day there, our room was given to someone else, we got it fixed fairly quickly but how could a hotel give our room away when we had it booked for 2 nights? Wasn’t a terrible experience as the room and view was amazing. Bed was very clean and I felt comfortable sleeping on it. The restaurant had very good food and the service of the restaurant wasn’t bad, maybe a little slow but it was pretty hot without any air conditioning so I can understand and sympathize with the workers in the restaurant. Would love to reserve again because maybe everything bad about the experience was because the air conditioning was broken. And I know if I was an employee working in that heat, I wouldn’t be able to be productive.So it’s possible that I would reserve again. Hopefully when I reserve again in the future these issues won’t exist.

The staff was excellent. The hallways smelled like weed and the arcade rooms was very outdated. Bigger indoor pool would be nice. But overall it was good. We had an oceanview on the 16th floor

Close to beach very nice staff and close to stores

Close to beach , but the room smelled like pee... the balcony’s light was broken and hanging.. the walls had been repaired and it was very noticeable.. as if holes were just paint over .. the beds were very low and uncomfortable... the mattresses had squeaky springs and the mattress was very thin ...wouldn’t stay there again

Nice, quiet hotel with beautiful views! Convenient to places we wanted to go. Beachfront was gorgeous!

The location was great, the place is very old and run down. We got there at 4 to check in and one of our rooms was not ready, we were told at 4 we would get a call. When 5:30 came I went back to check in to get 2nd room and it still was not ready, I don't get it. So they gave us a different room, only one bed but we made it work. I wasted 2 hours of my vacation that I booked 5 months ago so I wouldn't have any issues, I had to wait in line twice, I think the wait time for the check in was a bit over limits, maybe they need to hire more employees. the people at check in desk were nice enough.

No food services were available, dishwasher was out of order, door to balcony was difficult to open
