I guess you get what you pay for. Common areas were dirty. My wife killed a cockroach in the hall. Outside our room was a bunch of trash and dirt, we asked the front desk multiple times and cleaning personnel and it didn’t get cleaned. The water pressure was absent. There are 2 luggage carts for the whole building. They have done some renovations to the rooms but it’s purely cosmetic. Would not recommend even for the price.

The hotel has seen better days, the bathroom in the room was suppose to be for the handicap was in need of repair.

Loved the kitchenette, the balcony had a GREAt view of the beach and it was a ton of fun! The only minor issue was the balcony door was super heavy or off-track so hard to move, but that was nothing compared to the great service and stay here:)

The property itself is being updated which is great for business. We checked in, went to drop our luggage before going to eat. The room was vacated and luggage Was there. I had to take my family and luggage back downstairs for a new room. No apologies nothing to accommodate the mix up. The indoor pool was closed and we weren’t notified prior to booking.

I usually stay here, and normally don’t have this many problems. We had roaches in our bathroom, the floor in our room was extremely dirty, it turned our feet black. The pool wasn’t open (even though it’s indoors and heated,) there was no restaurant or anything to make this a “resort.” So why pay a resort fee? There was also a cigarette on the balcony, the balcony Floor was wrecked and broken up, our room smelled of musty cigarette. I didn’t complain to the desk all, because I didn’t feel like switching rooms again like they had me do last time when there was an ant problem in our room.

My slide door did not lock that was not right for our slide that the lock did work on it

Our veiw was great. Could ha e used some dish soap, but overall our stay was great and we would come back. Pool was not open inside and that sucked.

Elevator was extremly slow, but other than that our stay was great.

Nothing wasn’t happy with my stay and even checked out three day early! Supervisor wasn’t helpful at all and even the gm was there and didn’t care to listen to my concerns!

The staff was great, very friendly. We stayed for a week with our 6 year old and we all enjoyed our time there. Our room was exactly as described and we had a great view of the sunrise every morning from the balcony. Ms. Jackie was very helpful with communicating with us every step of the way regarding the airpods that my husband left in our room. After we arrived home and rummaged through our belongings, he realized he left them in the hotel room. I immediately called and Ms. Jackie said she would ask lost and found. No less than 5 minutes later she calls back stating it’s been located and it will be shipped to our home (we live 8 hours away) Thankful for the honesty and care of the staff! The hotel is also in a great location, we enjoyed the beach every single day with the convenience of the Toasted Turtle. We will certainly return! Thank you for having us, Sun N Surf!

i liked everything. it was clean, rooms were nice, staff was friendly

Outdated, sharp corners with metal sticking out. Staff were either Super Friendly or so so Annie was helpful printing my boarding pass. The Bar and Restaurant areas with the most Friendliest Darla, Liz, Brandon, Ryan staff by far our stay! Funky Bugs that would be in bathroom and fridge pics to prove the sharp coner, bugs, spacled walls. Bed checked and comfortable. Beach access nice, didn't use the pool.
