Pros-staff friendly and efficient Cons-the halls had a terrible smell and need upgrading. Looks like they are trying to update rooms because it had a nice small kitchenette and beds were comfortable. But the bed that had a mattress cover, the cover was moldy and dirty. The price was way too high for the shape of the hotel overall.

Staff was friendly, our room was clean and quiet. We had no complaints. We will definitely be return customers.

Stayed over Easter weekend. The hotel was working on some renovations. Other than that it was a great hotel. Definitely would stay there again.

We did not receive the “ocean view” as described on orbitz. The room told us to call orbitz to rebook orbitz said there was nothing they could do because the hotel would not rebook us. We did receive $25 from orbitz but the whole experience was very disconcerting especially since I booked another hotel through orbitz in June.

The room was dirty, smelled like a nigh club. The smell of smoke was so strong it may us sick. We asked about the location of the indoor pool, the frint desk rep said: The pool is around the corner, but let me warm you that ee have a sorority having a party there. As a guest I felt bad because they did not car for the fact that we also paid to stay and has kods with us.

The hotel was was renovating this wasn’t brought to my attention before my purchase. My bathroom wasn’t cleaned when we arrived hair was in the tub, the balcony was accessible to other guest trash, a cane fell from the 6th floor to my balcony I was on the 3rd floor the balcony wasn’t cleaned when we arrived I give this hotel 0 stars

I enjoyed my stay... there were a few hiccups during my stay. 1.) the room originally reserved for us already had someone there 2.) the bathtub was plastered and rub. Looked like a quick repair job 3.) the drains in the bathroom moved extremely slow Overall my stay was comfortable and I will come back!

Run. Find a place more north of there. Seriously This place looks like it may not have been cleaned since spring 1980

Very comfortable beds. Bed linen soft and worn out. Mold in bath shower and sink. Toilet rocky and noisy. ..not well mounted. Season over and much of resort closed. No cafe or food. Resort in rattling condition, needs lots of care. Bath towels clean, but often stained and u usable.

View was amazing. Karaoke night. Too much fun. Amazing staff. Room was amazing. Very clean!!!

No hot tub, which is a must-have for me when I go to the beach.

The hotel staff was very friendly, I was able to check into my room before 4 PM. Wonderful oceanfront view, I will stay here again!

I enjoyed my two-day stay here. The room was clean, comfortable and we had a great view of the beach. The hotel staff were excellent and respectful. I will be staying here in two weeks again with my family.

A bit far from food and attractions, so you'll need a car. Spend the extra money for an oceanfront room, the view of the sunrise every morning is worth it.

I wasn't comfortable in the room from the moment I walked in. I was unable to get a refund or I would've checked out. The carpet could have been vacuumed a little better and the bathtub had a crack in it. I did not like the smell in the room as well, and it would have been nice to have a screen door on the balcony so we could let the fresh air in. The only thing I did like were they the way the beds looked, but I also think that they could have been freshened up a bit because the sheets had a dry musky smell to them.

My room smelled like marijuana the whole time as well as the halls. The hot tub was out of order, even though the staff told us to enjoy the spa area. Then bed was stiff as a board. Their breakfast cafe was was over priced. There were patch marks all over the doors and walls where there had been holes in them. The evelators decided not to work every day. I will not be staying here again.

This hotel is very old and outdated , Bathrooms were very dirty..

We did not receive the “ocean view” as described on orbitz. The room told us to call orbitz to rebook orbitz said there was nothing they could do because the hotel would not rebook us. dirty as it can be
