Great location. Rooms were great. Property is a bit dated. I believe they may be planning on renovations but the lobby needs and over haul. The lobby bathroom is in bad condition and there were buckets on the floor down a hall. I assume it was for leaks but not sure. The location was great and again our room was great. Had a balcony which was lovely. It’s good for the price point.

Location is amazing! 1.2 mi from airport, on site bar and grill, and $7 lyft fees almost everywhere. Great place to vacation!

Me and my bf got an oceanfront room on the 14th floor and stayed for 4 nights. The room, bathroom and balcony were very nice and clean. The elevators were a lil shabby needs a good detail and new floors but they got you from A to B. All in all not the most lavish hotel you could stay at but the rooms are nice and it’s right on the beach definitely a little scared to stay here when I saw reviews abt bed bugs but from my knowledge and observance it’s not true. So if your looking for a nice reliable hotel to lay your head at night after a day of activities and beach fun on a budget? This is your place. P.S stop by 7th ave cafe and try their falafel wrap ! The local farmers market is also 15 mins away and open on Saturdays. Happy booking !

1-10 it was a 5.5 , I believe the security deposit should of been less due to we had to pay for parking for each night and I had to kill two bugs in my room first night . Definitely not the best. Also had to get new bed sheets due to some stains .. overall the view from our room was gorgeous.

Reservations, when i made reservations i requested a ocean viewi recieved a side view a little disappointed especially for the charges,i learned a lesson to go through motel itself cheaper and you get what you request

We loved how close it was to the beach and how nice the staff was!! some things we didn’t care for was the staff changing our room, which changed our view of the water, we would’ve been okay to wait for it to be cleaned to have the view i payed for, the elevators taking forever to get in and not knowing what to expect for the parking deck. We had a great time overall would definitely book again for a quick vacation.

This “resort” is nasty and in bad condition. It reeked of smoke! The pool and pool area is tiny. The location is good and the room was clean but upon opening the balcony door we were inundated with cigarette smoke and other smoke... Not worth the money!!
