I love the place and have been staying there for many years...The last couple of stays we have had to ask for a new room as the ones they gave us were in terrible shape..I realize the units have private owners but some are much worse than others...

We had a balcony, in February! The sunsets and rises were excellent, sounds of the ocean were as expected. We spent 3 nights at this hotel, first time here. Our room was clean and fresh, we had a great time tour around the town, looking forward to coming back !

I love a pair of earrings in the bathroom and I called to ask if I could pay for them to be mailed to me. Although they were unable to locate them at this time, they promised they would continue looking for them and would get back to me via a phone call. I was very grateful.

It actually was a great stay. I’m looking to return again. The only thing I didn’t like was that we were in the non smoking area but room 1209 was smoking so much we couldn’t really enjoy the balcony beach view.

The stay was as always lovely me and my husband come to this resort every time we need a getaway. The room was as always clean no issues loves the view. Thebonly suggestion i would is customer service at the front desk checking in was great welcoming loved it checking out as always the young lady acts as of someone os aggravating her she looks very depressing and not happy to be on her job. Otherwise we loved loved our stay and will continue to come here every time.

I liked the front desk service. However when we walked in the room it smelled and was very unclean. The pillows smelled like smoke and sweaty hair. The bathroom had pubic hair in the tub and toilet. So we complained they offered another room. We just opted to go to Walmart and by chlorox and bleached the room and bought towels and washcloths and pillow cases. We stayed 3nights and would never patronize this place again.
