The front desk staff told us that because we made the booking through the third party she could not give us room with ocean view although several ocean view rooms were available and she asked us to pay additional $54 per room if we wanted to switch to the ocean view room again because she said "we booked the rooms through the 3rd party" and I totally disliked that kind of comment from her. Thanks

Wasn’t satisfied at all, the pictures on the site are definitely photoshopped to hide the aged and worn property and furniture. This place was absolutely disgusting and outdated and in need of renovations like last year. Guest service at check in was rude and not even at the hotel that I booked but at the neighboring hotel the Polynesian they charge a $100 dollar cash incidental fee the pools hot tubs, vending machines elevators all nasty and outdated the only thing decent about this place is the location definitely dissatisfied and will never patronize this property again!!!
