The room was clean but it could use some updating. The A/C didn’t work. The room was very hot. Didn’t bother going to the front desk, didn’t want them in my room while we wasn’t there. The safe didn’t work. The door to the room looked like someone had kicked it in. It barely closed. The black lady that clean the rooms has a very nasty attitude. I had turned my key in and went to go get my kids so we could leave, she told me I shouldn’t be in the room cause I had turned my key in. I do this all the time while staying here and this was the first time I encountered this problem. And it wasn’t even check out time yet. The other cleaning lady parked her cart right in front of the stairs and when we came down my husband almost ran into her cart.

I gave an extra star just because of the staff. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was superb! However, the room itself was very outdated and in need of attention. The room needed a deep clean and some repairs. The bathroom was dripping rust from the door hinges onto the floor, shower knob didn’t work well making difficult to get temperature set. Refrigerator door handle was grimy. The door felt like it barely latched and didn’t seal. The place needs cleaned up, painted, repaired, and updated. Staff and location were the good points. I wouldn’t stay here again without a major renovation happening.

Check in was fast and friendly. The property outside is clean but the building is showing its age. Water took 10 minutes to get luke warm for a shower and hair dryer broke down as I was drying my hair. Went down stairs to office but they had no extra hair dryers

The beach view was amazing, we could watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks from our balcony. We were right next to the boardwalk, so there were plenty of shops, food and attractions in walking distance. It is a perfect location. The staff were all great and friendly, anything we needed all we had to do was ask. Parking was good too, you do have to walk a couple streets over but the parking lot it’s self is gated and there were cameras. Our room did look like the pictures and it was clean. I only have 2 complaints, our room was a bit outdated, there were a lot of rust on things and cracks in the ceiling in the bathroom. The other complaint is that we occasionally would smell a mildew smell but it seems to only happen after the heat would kick on. There were no bugs or mold. Overall it was a very nice experience and for what we paid, it was worth it. We would stay here again.

The room was nothing like the pictures on their website and was not cleaned well. The commode was dirty, the shower had hair in it and the floor was filthy. I expected a renovated room because i paid extra for deluxe. The room was dated, had a broken and unstable chairs at the dining table, filthy furniture. The only thing that was clean and acceptable was the bed. The ceiling was peeling in multiple areas. When i went to complain to management the office was closed. So i proceeded to clean the room myself. The next day, i spoke with a gentleman in the office who advised me they would speak to manager. No one ever got back to me in regards to my complaints about the room. I noticed an awful smell in the room and blamed it on my 2 boys. (One being lactose intolerant and eating ice cream had gas) On the 3rd night, i discovered the rotten egg smell was coming from the vent in the bdrm. No one was in the office, so i notified security. Security couldn't do anything but let me borrow a portable heater. The next morning, i stopped in the office and was advised someone would look into it. I never heard anything else about it. This was my absolute worst experience ever at a hotel. I dealt with the situation as best as i could to not let it ruin my vacation. The room was non refundable, and with xmas being the prior week, i just couldn't afford to go somewhere else. I was healing from surgery on my foot and not able to get around well. Don't stay here. Location is only positive.

This place should be condemned. Torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. It stinks. I went into the room and left immediately because I did not want to get sick. I believe this place has mold. I had to take an allergy pill the next day to get over the sneezing. As I said, I stayed in he room for about 30 minutes and left. I checked into another hotel. The smell of marijuana was so high that I got giddy. The elevator is dirty. The place is not even fit for a brothel.
