Nice stay. The only negative was when we arrived it was pouring rain and the Hotel did not have a canopy area to unload the car. We got very wet!
The hotel is nice, the staff is excellent /and friendly. I do not feel they were cleaning enough for Covid I never once saw anyone wiping down high traffic areas and I didn’t see any social distancing in place in areas like the pool
Great for family, the staff was great. Especially the staff helping for breakfast
My daughter and I visited Charleston over her spring break. We loved Town Place suites. Room was very nice clean and comfortable. The mattresses were a little soft compared to what I am used to at home. But overall very nice place to stay. Only thing I would downgrade them on is breakfast . breakfast was supposed to have run from 630 to 9. We came down about 815 and there they were out of eggs , out of fruit , out of milk and we didn’t leave until about 9 o’clock and those things were never replenished. Other guests were also disappointed that those items are not available.
Stayed for one night on our way back from Florida. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a full kitchen. The breakfast was way better than most and the staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered. A special shout out to "mama". My wife said "Don't you just want to hug her" and on the way out she hugged us both after telling us to come back and see her again.

Thank you for the positive and negatives! Yes, Marriott select service hotels are no longer required to carry the newspaper anymore. We can share that when we did provide them, out of 10 USA's delivered, the same 10 were usually there the next morning, untouched.
Thank you for your comments. We do review them and take them all very seriously. I have forwarded your comments to our GM and they will be shared with our staff. Thank you again and we hope to have you visit us in near future.
