The he young lady who checked us in was not friendly, was wearing a woollen hat on her head and when I asked a question-it was almost like it was an inconvenience. However the young lady who checked me out this morning was wonderful. The blinds in the room were broken -but I was too tired to complain.
They didplayed the towels in a unique design, tissue also, reminded me of veing on a cruise ship
Staff we had contact with were all very pleasant and smiling. Do feel in the room, could use closer vacuuming next to the walls. Seem to be a lot of dust accumulated there. Otherwise all was good.
Towels were not replenished unless I ask for it. Pool hours were too short to enjoy. It was closed when it rained. I was locked in at the pool at 9. Not fun.

Check in was easy and pleasant with the staff being very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was only adequate as carpet in hall needed vacuuming along with room carpet. Breakfast seemed adequate but we only opted for coffee and fruit to go. Hotel was convenient to Mt Pleasant with a great restaurant, Sol across the street.
We loved how accessible you were to both Charleston and the beach. It was perfectly located!
Great location right before you head to the beach. Clean facility, free parking and easy to get in and out of. The room was clean, bed was comfy and the staff was friendly. The gym is nice and clean too.
We only stayed one night and arrived late. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have a family of 5 so it was nice to have a pull out sofa to accommodate with all the linens and extra pillows in the room without having to ask. Beds are very comfortable and the bathroom huge.
