The hotel was clean and the staff are very nice and welcoming. It was a very nice stay

Was told things aren't what that used to be because of covid. Big understatement. Room was dirty, sheets may have been cleaned but had stains on them. However did have the necessities and nice view. I gave them fair on review.

Staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.The pools were clean and the hot tub was very hot and clean. Again thanks for making us feel at home and welcome.

It was decent. My only problem, was asking for extra linens took forever.

Have to ask for towels twice! No housekeeping for the second day we stayed and the last day was a strong smell in the room like paint tinner couldn’t sleep because the smell, I had to have open doors because of the odor was too strong.

We liked the bed. Our room didnt have a shower curtain, and the toliet seat was cracked

We enjoyed our stay was everything we needed for a quick beach trip

I liked the view of beach. I did not like condition of lobby,hallways and no central air window unit not enough. Cleanliness was not what it should be. Rates too high for quality.

We checked in and first given a room that when we went to the room it was already occupied. Then we were moved to a different. room. The room was nice and clean, surprisingly since the rest of the property was filthy. There were piles of towels laying in the hallway on the first floor, piles of dirt that had been swept up but not picked up, and the elevator was so gross you didn't want to touch the walls. The next morning, I took a shower and got a knock on the door that our shower was leaking into the room downstairs and that we had to be moved again. This is the point we opted out. Ann and Diane at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful, but the property was disgraceful.

It’s nice that they did renovations! Water pressure was not as good as I hoped and downside is they only have one elevator. Overall experience was very pleasing for my family!

Super short walk to get on the beach. Close to all attractions. Rooms renovated. Loved that the rooms did not have carpet!

I didn’t like that we didn’t get the room that i booked . And when i went to ask several times to move they said we were booked and couldn’t switch at the moment. The heater didn’t work in the room, every time someone would wash on the second floor the water was leaking through the ceiling, the water pressure in the shower couldn’t stay hot long enough . The only thing i liked was the beds. I would most definitely not recommend this hotel nor go there anymore for any of my vacations

Everybody was nice! Clean and neat environment will definitely return!

Staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.The pools were clean and the hot tub was very hot and clean. Again thanks for making us feel at home and welcome.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us because of our pet fee. It might help if you contacted Expedia and asked why they omitted this from your confirmation. Typically when the guests are booking, and they disclose they have a pet, the guest knows right away we have a one time pet fee. This fee is charged one time only regardless of the length of your stay. Thank you again,
