Staff was friendly. The room was clean, had everything we needed. The microwave and mini fridge worked fine. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. There was some noise at night, but it's expected as the hotel is off a busy street. The hotel is walking distance to everything, that was great. The only thing I didn't like was that people were smoking off their balcony and the smoke would come into our room, so we had to keep the door closed.

This is the best hotel I ever lodged due to its cleanliness, neat, good customer service and spacious room. The best ever and would recommend to anyone and definitely coming back again
The girl at the front desk lied to me and my guess to Orbitz. Wasn't able to see nothing at ground level 2nd floor unaware of another $8
The safety lock on top was broken I reported it to the front desk she made a ticket to have it repaired. I waited until the the next day and asked will someone be fixing it. She said no because they do not have anyone working to fix it! I put a chair in front of the door every night before I went to sleep. Not a good feeling at all.
Such a great experience! The staff were absolutely accommodating and friendly. They helped us with early check in, and stowed our bags for us before and after arrival so we could hit the beach! They were always there with a smile and a hello. The view was great for being across the street! It was awesome having a kitchenette for leftovers and having a little mini mart on site. The proximity to lots of good restaurants was also a huge plus! The only downfalls were that the hot tub was closed and the water pressure for showers wasn’t great (not the hotels fault but I cherish my showers). I would definitely stay again!!
-Liked: Closeness to Beach, Pier 14 (Best Restaurant) Boardwalk, Mini mart, Ice cream shop on Boardwalk which offering seating in the shadow at Hot Sunny Beach boardwalk! -Disliked: After ~10.5h sleepiness flight's night, I got at hotel maybe around 10:35am, although, they did have ready room, and although the room was for 4 people but I was only one, they asked for $25 early check in!!! I wanted just change clothes to airy beach one & fresh up & drop my bag and leave since I was only for 29h in Myrtle Beach! Even, WYNN at Vegas let us to do if they do have available room if not they ask for our phone nr, and they call us back ASA the room is ready (& Check out is at 12:00 noon mostly, sometimes they let us stay till 1:00pm if there is no reservation on that room)! I have more than 10000 trips in my life, I have never seen such a thing! I was told "Check in is at 4:00 pm, and check out at 11:00am! Yes, they did accept to hold on my bag without any receipt to give me, I was so scared...

Very cute little hotel. Not a lot of amenities but the room was clean and had a nice little kitchenette. Staff was very friendly and helpful after a mistake with booking. They resolved it very quickly and courteously
Map had pin on the beach. Room description said "Ocean Front". Hotel is actually across the street with view of hotels actually on the beach. This is the second time this year Orbitz had misleading information about beach hotels for me.
Price was great. Could use a good cleaning but price and proximity to beach plus very nice staff. I overlooked the carpets and enjoyed the heck out of my stay

water pressure in bathroom sink very low, bathtub slippery I had fallen and had to get my partner to get me out of the tub, I went and bought a bathtub mat, location great
The property is 2 blocks from Pier 14 and the Sky Wheel. Easily walkable area near a grocery store, shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.
