DON’T GO THERE !!!!

The condition of the “2” rooms they offered were extremely dirty and they stunk. The false advertising left us unable to eat, get a cup of coffee or take part in any of the amenities. Also, the “few” parking spots made us not want to go anywhere due to trying to park on return. This was the VERY WORST vacation I have EVER had.

I am disappointed in Hotels.com explanation of the hotel. Elliott Realty was very specific about amenities and terms and conditions. The hotel was nice and would recommend staying there, but I would not recommend staying in condo. The pull out bed was very uncomfortable. We kept sliding off, other than that the condo was ok. The issues where we only had one pass key and only one parking spot for two copuples to use. You could not buy any food or drinks from the Hotels restaurants or bars, bowling alley, etc. You where treated like an outsider. We where fortunate we had friends staying at the resort and we could get them to buy food and drinks for us. If I ever go back to stay at resort, I will book through resort.

The property was outdated. It was not clean. The glass doors were filthy. The ammenities and restaurants would not serve us although we were staying at the resort. That should definitely be added in the description by the owner.

This place was booked for the resort however was not told until trying to utilize resort features that the only thing available to us was the pool access. We were not able to use the restaurant, cafe, pool side bar, bowling, ice cream parlor or arcade! We were only given one access card but required to card in to get in/out of building or even work the elevator. We were booked as a party of 6! When we arrived one bed had dirt and twigs all in the blankets. The Murphy bed was slanted so the kids would roll to the top of the bed and one bed leg curved in while I was getting up almost making my baby roll off the bed. We went to open the bedroom door to the patio and the handle fell off leaving a whole in the door. I called them and was told someone would fix that the next day but it was never fixed causing bugs to be all through the condo the entire time. We were informed that if we wanted special things for cooking then we should bring them but I did not imagine that a pot holder or a baking dish would be considered special. There was 1 kitchen washcloth. No trash bags were provided but we were expected to take out garbage. We were told to put items in designated places but never told what those places were. Also was told in emails that linens were NOT included with booking After booking but then at check in was told linens were included so we had carted towels, washcloths and bed sheets across country for no reason taking up precious cargo space we could’ve better utilized.

The instructions to unlock the door was confusing. The outside lock wouldn’t lock. It was supposed to be an ocean view room but all you could see was bushes. Very noisy. Room needed to be updated. Floors where slippery.

Most unpleasant vacation stay in our lives

First, forget the fact that we sign up for the wrong room. Not knowing this was a 3rd party room of only 2rooms in the entire hotel. CORAL BEACH front desk treated us like we weren't supposed to be in the hotel altogether. NO service at all. Told to take it up with Elliot Resort, offsite,10 blocks away. No service at all from Elliot Resort, Hotels.com, or anyone for the entire week stay. No maid service, we have dirty linen, washcloths, and towels all week. We had no access to the entire hotel (Bowling, workout room, dining areas, lobby, etc.). Money was not even accepted. We also prepaid online with Hotel.com in advance. We just expected to be treated much better than we were all week. It's not about who we are as Pastor and 1st Lady of our Churches, but what we paid for. Our Oceanfront view was unacceptable and had no privacy. Do Not stay at this two-room resort in Coral Beach. My Churches and congregation will never sign up again. Pastor Womack H.O.P.A.C (NC) God speed... Ask questions beforehand.

Coral Beach Resort you suck.

Coral Beach Resort was a nice hotel but the room we were given was outdated and wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. Upon checking in & out the front desk were rude. Elliott Beach Rentals accommodated us and Coral Beach Resort told us it’s like your not really here. Thank you Elliott Beach Rentals but I would never stay at Coral Beach Resort again.

The room was ok. What was surprising was that there was no room service, since we were there for 3 days... Moreover, the worst part was that the hotel bar and the restaurant would not serve us, even when we were paying, just because we did not book with the hotel, but with the rental company
