I booked a room with a balcony, but when i went to the room there was no balcony. I immediately called the front desk clerk ( I can't remember her name) She called me back when she realized that I was in the wrong room. In the meantime she was checking for another room for me. She did locate a room for me which was #151. it was in the main building, and the room was right at the elevator. I was pleased since I had 4 children with me. I had 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and two bathrooms a kitchenette a living-room with a pull out sofa bed. The balcony view was good along with being able to see the pools below.

Nice and clean hotel. They put us in the north tower, and had to walk a block to the other hotel for the lazy river and hot tub. The north tower only has one elevator so we was stuck waiting at least ten minutes each use. Having to park a block away, and having to walk to it every day was a little bit ridiculous. Hate leaving my car a block away and walking back to the hotel at night through alleys. The front desk added unexpected fees after I had already paid a deposit, and the rest of the payment for the hotel. Got there and had too put a $100 holding fee. Our hotel keys stopped working two days before we went home. Like the views not the inconvenience.

The only problem was you had to park a block away. We will defiantly stay again!

This resort is very dated. The carpeting is very worn and furniture is old. However our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. As far as the kitchen equipment, dishes etc. that was lacking. The pool area was very nice and clean. The view, phenomenal!

The room reserved was to be 1 queen and 3 twin beds and upon arrival we were given 1 king and 1 queen for a family of 5. No other rooms available for the first night but moved to another room for the rest of our stay. Staff was not very accommodating. Facility is a little outdated but was clean.

My family stayed here 7/22 - 7/29 room 757. The staff was average but very helpful. There was a long line to check in but it only took 10 - 15 mins to check in. Rooms: The room was organized for our visit (beds made, towels in the bathrooms, dishes cleaned). The wall could use some new paint. The carpet and floors was dirty, we had to wear slippers the whole time there. One of the bath tub was clogged. We couldn't use our balcony at night due to the marijuana smells coming from other rooms. I had to call and request housekeeping to vacuum the carpets, clean the bathrooms and change the sheets on the beds as well as give us new towels after our 3rd day there. It got to the point where I just washed the towels they gave us. Maintenance came right away to fix the clogged bathtub and the broken door handle. Hotel location: Great access to beach and 5 minute walk to attractions and restaurants. Pool: Water was a little cloudy.

they said they had wifi all over but on the 9th floor they did not. house keeping was not that good during the week

Disappointed in the facility. Ice machine on our building was not working. Staff didnt know until I called and it appeared the machine had not been working for a while. Did not have linens for all beds. The bathtub was repaired with white duct tape. Bugs in the building. AC in our room was set on recommended 68 degrees, but never cooled below 72. The hallway was cooler than our room. The refrigerator was cool, but the freezer never worked. Water/condensation dripped into the fridge the entire time. Remote for the CD player is missing.

Staff was very rude. It was dirty and we never saw housekeeping. We had to get our own towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. They had construction going on so they had a tarp over our balcony, if you sat you couldn't see anything. We paid for ocean views but what we got was garbage views. They never once told us about any construction. It was very loud. Since it was under construction we weren't allowed to use the pool. It was so frustrating, you pay $200 a night and what we should of paid was $50. Will never go back.

I had to be switched from one room to another because of the construction work being done that started at 8:00am, that no one told me about. The staff was very unprofessional, one girl told me it was no extra blankets, 30mins later another girl told me their was some blankets available. None of the outside doors locked on the hotel, you could just come in as you please(very unsafe). I had no trash can in my room, I had a full kitchen with no forks and pots. The house keeper came to my room twice before check out time to ask was we leaving today. Then as we was bout to leave she used her key and walked in the room to put another rooms dirty sheets into the washer machine in our room. It was a terrible experience, the only thing I could say is the manager was very nice and tried to fix things but it was to much to fix.

It was not the room they show you on the website the pool was not in the same building had to walk to the other building and it was a little cold for walking with the kids after getting out of the pool was very disappointed

We enjoyed it. It was a nice hotel the staff was nice and the room was clean and location was convenient.

Can' wait to come back. Wonderful stay, staff very friendly and helpful.

It was a nice hotel on the beach clean room I'm go back the one bad issue was check in was told the room wasn't ready to leave phone number we left two numbers never call 4hr. Later with back to see if it was ready they say no numbers left to call us they wanted to put us in a room we didn't ask for

The good: Wonderful beach, nice pool area including kids pool, hot tub & lazy river. Very friendly staff. Just blocks away from boardwalk & convention center. Plenty of free parking, free wi-fi. The bad: 2 elevators for 14 floors, always out of towels around the pool ,had to ask for soap, shampoo etc. The ugly: entire interior needs a good facelift. Furniture, dishes etc need replacement. Not bad for the price

Pool area was unsupervised for staff people eating inside the pool and wearing clothes inside pool instead swimming clothes.

No extra bathroom tissue Linens smelled oily Location was great .. Access to the beach Hotel pools seem to be not maintained well

The hotel was everything I expected and more. My family and I spend time on the beach and went to different attractions.

Room was clean. Staff was pleasant. Exterior door did not completely close automatically, it apparently was out of a line and you had to pull it closed for it to lock.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent.

Dear Shell, The North Tower has the same beautiful views and spacious rooms as the South Tower. However, the convenience of having the majority of the pools in the same building sometimes lends the South Tower a bit of an advantage. I hope that we can help you book towards more convenience on your next trip to the area.
