Service was OK. The free breakfast too. The complementary free WiFi was not slow. There was no need for an upgrade or premium WiFi, Whatever that means. The hotel location is central to most side attraction in the city. The kids had fun while I was about my business
I have stayed here before and the facility did not disappoint. If cleanliness of facility and a professional helpful staff are what you like then look no further than here because this hotel has just that. I was in a suite this time and this was very nice so if you are looking for an extended stay you may want to consider the convenience of a suite. Check in was a quick and effortless breeze as was check out. They hotel always sends a survey to see what they can do better, I think this is great because they care enough to strive for the best!
We stayed here Labor Day weekend. It was very clean and quiet. Small, clean laundry room on the first floor. Free wifi connection wasn't great but that was OK we didn't need it that much. Within walking distance of the beach. Three grocery stores and two coffee shops are across the street. A short drive from more restaurants.
Can be a great hotel with a little changes. Processsed eggs for breakfast and not much of a selection. Pool area is chipped and in need of repair. Room was clean and hotel was 3 blocks to the beach. Would stay again but needs some work.
We stayed here 3 nights. Our room was spacious and clean, very nice breakfast bar offerings (including fresh fruit) and great location. Not close to the beach, but that was not a consideration when we chose it.
Wanted to stay one more night and enjoy the beach. Used my points to get a room for my family to be able to do so. Great hotel, good location for where we were. Everything worked out. If you need a place to stay in Myrtle Beach, This or one of the many Hamptons is the place. Clean rooms, comfy bed, great staff, and a good breakfast. Close to shopping too, wife enjoyed that.
Everything was good, excepted the front check in clerk was not helpful at all. It was a African American lady. About 1 PM, we arrived early after long and many hour of driving: she said we can not check in until 4 PM.
This hotel was awesome. The room was clean, the pillows were soft and the comforter was amazing. I loved the breakfast buffet. There was something there for everyone. The front desk personnel we're friendly and knowledgeable. The housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful and non intrusive. My family and I had a great time and part of a great time is the room! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
The hotel was awesome. I especially would like to call out the housekeep "Whitney" for her exceptional care. She was quite attentive, friendly and nice. She made my stay at the Hampton Inn in Myrtle Beach extra nice. She was professional and if I ever return to this hotel, I hope to get her. I enjoyed the pool, the sauna and rooms were clean. Great hotel and very convenient to the beach - walking distance
We always travel with Hilton as we like the standard the name holds...... Not in this case! The rooms were dirty, the Pool was Disgusting, hall way floor was stained on EVERY floor, a few safety standards were over looked as well in the pool area. The staff..... hmmmm.... not sure how to say.... the worst hotel stay in my entire life! The morning breakfast staff wore headphones so they did not have to interact with the staff. Gloria and Terry and the front desk were VERY unprofessional, we asked a question about the pool and Gloria yelled at my husband! Seriously embarrassing! I felt unsafe in this hotel, the pool had dirty towels that had sat there for two days that we knew of. The pool staff would throw out the children's toy ball Even tho they were still playing with it..... We politely approached him but he completely ignored us. What looked like vomit was on the elevator door for the two days we stared. But DO NOT COMPLAIN! It will make your stay even harder! We wanted to leave but could not get another hotel that night, once we secured a new place we left asap! I can go on and on.......the sink leaked, missing bulbs, hallway ceiling leaks, missing tiles in the pool, broken lock to the pool door, life rings not safe, phone innpool area nor working. Hinges to door rusted off. Drain in the pool area clogged for two days, stagnate water. The "plants" in the pool were artificial and STILL managed to die! The bricks arriving the cake dirty plants were very unstable. Thee was a portable air conditioner that was on a makeshift roll cart and plugged in to the wall with NO GFI. DO NOT STAY HERE! This one slipped through the Hilton cracks.....
