Room 220 shares a wall with the elevators, we could hear everytime the elevator was called to each floor, when it arrived and when it returned to it final floor. The beds were broken and falling off its foundation and the room door didnt close. I requested service after entering the room, maintenance fixed the bed and serviced the door. I called and spoke with the manager, and he thanked me for calling with my concerns.

Room clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Pool clean and open. All staff: desk, housekeeping, breakfast were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good, stocked well with a good variety. The hotel is in a safe area. Grocery store and restaurant within walking distance. Not far from the beach. It is a walk of a couple of blocks. I and the family were pleased.

Bathroom sink had a crack that had been sealed with globs of caulking. The dried caulk had not been sanded down. No longer leaking but not a good look. Other than that, everything was fine.
