There are 2 bedrooms downstair. The 3rd bedroom is a loft above the living room with a sleeper sofa. Other features you'll find are dramatic arched windows, skylights, cathedral ceiling, and fireplace. It features free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre gated beach community. It has walking and biking trails around lakes and ponds. Cumberland Terrace is a subdivision within Kingston Plantation. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalk with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment.
