The cleaning staff knocked on my door at 830a with the Do Not Disturb sign posted then tried to come in, fortunately I had door barred and she couldn't get in. I went to the door and told her to leave. She came back 2 more times before check out at noon. I wasn't very happy and told the front desk.

The overall cleanliness was average which included cleaning of the room and hotel in general. The front desk staff was friendly and one in particular was very helpful when I needed help. The breakfast was less than average. Half of the food was out midway through breakfast and people had to wait for more to be cooked. The silverware and plates/bowls would also run out midway through breakfast so you ended up asking for more every time, you think they would catch on and restock without being asked. There wasn’t much of a variety of food as well. The oatmeal was always either undercooked or overcooked.

Room was not clean- garbage not emptied prior to our arrival, toilet not clean, hair all over. Terrible fold out mattress.

Breakfast was a great selection including local faves such as hash brown casserole with green chilies and pinto beans. Fold away couch bed was tiny and very uncomfortable.

Spacious suite with trendy furnishings and color scheme. Good quality complimentary breakfast with a changing menu daily. Car parking space was limited, perhaps just one slot per suite(?) My only complaint was a noisy AC that just happened to be below my 2nd floor room. Good location just off the i-25 freeway making for easy access to the annual balloon festival, and to Santa Fe.

The hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly. Great pool and hot tub. We had an interesting stay, there was no phone in the room ( brought in the second day), blood in the refrigerator (fridge was replaced), the bed could have been more comfortable. Garbage disposal did not work. One of our tvs would not work. Staff did come and get it going quickly. Someone came in the parking lot tried to open several car doors one evening including my own. I washed some clothes in the laundry area, nice facilities but there was mold under the plastic part of machine. It was nice to have breakfast and dinner offered...saved some money that way. I just feel that the staff is doing their best to hold the place together and it is not an easy task for them.

When you check-in, you are required to sign and acknowledge that you will be charged for the use of any items in the room. However, you are not told that the hotel will charge against your account $50 for incidentals. Since I didn't get a receipt when I checked out, I did not find out the hotel charged me $50 until checking my bank account the following day. Calling the hotel, they informed me the $50 is a hold on my account and will be returned after 3-7 business days. If you pay using a debit card, this has the potential to create a problem for your account, particularly if they don't inform you.

Room was very nice and comfortable. I loved the bed. The shower was really nice, it had a nice water pressure. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of food.

Great rooms, meals provided were an apprieciated bonus. Staff was fabulous. Very nice hotel.

Great Stay, although short. Lots of restaurants close by to get our family fed quickly. Would recommend!

These Staybridge hotels just make it a pleasure to be in a city away from home.

We visited Albuquerque to enjoy the Balloon Fiesta. The hotel was located so that from our hotel windows we could see the balloons ascend.We even walked to the field fster than the masses who drove and had to park.Dinners were provided 4 days per wk. Breakfasts were terrific.It was better than last years trip because of the number of balloons launched.

Had trouble from first day with toilet second day was handed a plunger ..found two other guests had the same problem and handed a plunger also...I am disabled the parking spaces for disabled were all around the other side of the building was told by the front desk that the city assigned those spots I doubt that, but will be writing a letter to the City on that answer, in the forty years that I worked with AT&T and all the hotels I stayed at,you were always extended the courtesy of cashing a check I was given nasty comment by the front desk that they are not a banking facility, had to ASK for the sheets to be changed after the 10th night even that is posted they only change sheets after a week..I could go on but would NOT recoment any one staying there

nice hotel. industrial area of town.

upset over $50 charge for incidentals
