We just spent two nights here, and highly recommend this hotel. Clean and very comfortable rooms with wonderful beds and bedding. Very quiet hotel. Heavy good quality doors and hardware ensure that there are no slamming doors to be heard. However it is the staff that make this hotel truly wonderful. At check in, Joey was so fun and full of great personality. The bar tender Marilyn was great. Breakfast and the restaurant staff we also very good. Location is so convenient being just about three minutes from Albuquerque International Airport. We hope to return to this great hotel.
Enjoyed a couple of days here. A great location close to the airport and far enough away from the City to be quiet. Very easy access to the Interstate as well. Wonderfully clean and friendly. I would stay here again in a minute.
Just spent the night there. Free parking. Near the airport with a shuttle to the airport and to the rental car facility. Really nicely decorated property. On-site restaurant serves breakfast at a cost--not free. Evening cocktails available at a cost as well. Has small business center and snack/sundries store. Rooms are nice. Room door is heavy and is hard to prop open. Great city views from one side of the property. Room has microwave oven, mini-fridge, coffee maker, safe in the closet. Bathroom was laid out a little funny but it worked. Very friendly staff. Lots of smiles from Haley.
I stayed here on my recent business trip to New Mexico. The hotel is located close to ABQ which was great for me. The front desk staff was great. They were friendly and welcoming. The room I was given was a suite and it was very spacious with separate living area and bedroom. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room could use some new paint here and there. The WiFi worked great.
The hotel is average, but it is a good location when traveling to VA hospital for care. We have stayed here quite a few times and have never had any issues. The staff is friendly and helpful every time we visit. Parking can sometimes be a bummer.
We got a king suite for a really great deal, for starters. The room was cozy and clean and current. The lobby and halls were beautiful and new. All staff we interacted with were happy and helpful. When we checked out the manager, I believe, was hanging around and was personal and friendly, a nice ending to a wonderful stay.
Was in town for a wedding and was able to make this our home during the stay. Not a bad stay although I feel the hotel to be a bit outdated. Due to my status with IHG they gave me a very nice upgrade. Very spacious, two room suite. The bathroom had multiple issues that I shared with the front desk. Overall cleanliness of the room certainly needs attention. Staff was extremely friendly and very professional. The rooms is what needs the attention.
This is a run down hotel past its time. The carpets in the hallways are stained and the ice machine smelled funky. They actually tried to give me a room unfit for occupation. I was on the top floor and poor plumbing caused sewer gas to billow into the room. They set the AC at 60 degrees to try and cover the stench. My replacement room right next door was slightly less stenchy but still had an odor. I recommend you avoid this motel.
The staff are nice and accommodating. Bar have pretty good cocktail selection. I will recommend chicken enchiladas with green chili on the side. It's Really good. They're fajitas is good too, enough to feed 3 person, huge portion.
We stayed just one night before our flight. Our room was clean and comfortable. Some time in the middle of the night our air stopped working and our room was hot. Our coffee make, fridge and microwave did not work seemed like it was not plugged in but you could not see the plug. No free breakfast we paid for breakfast disappointing. Would not have breakfast there again. They offer free parking while you travel however desk clerk said they have been having car break ins and suggest you park at the airport. I would think they would have cameras or security, not sure about staying there again knowing this.
