Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Albuquerque Airport

3.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

The hotel is right next to the airport. Convenient for those early morning flights.

What was advertised as a room with a king and double bed turned out to be a king and pull out sofa bed. A sofa bed does not sleep the same a regular bed. They also said they were overbooked, so getting abother room with 2 queens (which would not have been ideal either with 1 adult and 2 teens who don't share beds well....unless it's a king) may or may not be possible. We stuck with what we had. Cleaning service seemed to hit the high spots leaving hair and nail clippings in the corners of the bathroom. The staff were nice and brought us a hairdryer that was missing from the room quickly. The staff person who helped us told me they had difficulty with people stealing the dryers out of the rooms, and they had not replaced all of them yet .

Quick stay before flying out pretty decent place

Room accommodations were nice except AC hummed which was noisy and had to be turned off. Also the mini fridge. Acoustics were horrible with kids running upstairs late at night and early morning. Restaurant staff only had a dishwasher and one other staff who acted as waiter cashier and cook. As you can imagine it was way too much for him to handle. Lastly upon checking out my credit card was charged 40.00 more that what room rate was even though my card was already charged for rate upon reservation. Horrible experience. Manager at front desk was advised but really didn’t seem to care. Did say she would correct the billing issue.

Good all around except for food and bar experience. Simple drinks were not available, only basic alcohol for mixed drinks. Food was also not prepared well.

We stayed in this hotel at the beginning of our stay and at the end of our stay. The hotel has great staff, is clean, quiet, and comfortable. When staff found out it was our last night in Albuquerque after a week's vacation, they gave us a room with a beautiful view of the city. We definitely will stay again, and highly recommend to others!

This hotel, in my experience, is very very nice for the great price. The airport shuttle picked us up with a couple of minutes of calling and delivered us to a friendly and easy check-in. Our room was very comfortable for the two of us, quiet, and clean. Our price did not include a voucher for breakfast, but we found a really really good breakfast in the restaurant located just next to the lobby. When we were ready to head back to the airport we simply requested a shuttle and it was ready. We will definitely stay again, and highly recommend to family/friends!

I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone. It was clean and quiet.

Every thing was new, clean and the beds comfortable. The refrigerator was separated from the bed area so there was no noise coming on and off. We ate dinner, had a cocktail and had an enjoyable evening.

I had a very comfortable stay here and it was convenient to my job interviews that were spread throughout the city. I had a nice view of the city and even got to see some hot air balloons take off early in the morning on the horizon. My only complaint is that the bathtub was VERY slippery and highly recommend that the staff install some non-slip pads or something on the tub floor...otherwise it is an accident waiting to occur. Thank you to the staff for your hospitality :-).

Dear Valued guest, I sincerely apologize that you did not get the room type the third party described. With a sold out town it did not leave much options. Cleanliness will be addressed with housekeeping to assure this does not happen again
