Worst motel I've ever stayed. Shutter was closed at the front desk and i had to pound on it until someone answered. My room was not cleaned. There were no linens or towels. No shower curtain or even toilet paper. I walked into my room at 2am after paying cash and there was some sort of white powered all over the floor and in the sink. I asked for another room and was told that this is all they have. If it wasn't 2am i would it went to another motel. Luckily the front desk brought me a bed sheet and pillow. Needless to say i didn't get any sleep for my 13hr drive ahead. Will never stay here again and if I hadn't paid in cash (as requested by mngmt) i would have requested a refund.
We stayed on the 3rd floor and apparently we were staying below the on site maintenance guy. His family lives there along with his kids and dogs. We though that they were cleaning upstairs till I called then the front desk told me that I should be more patient esp with kids and animals. And she told me next time I come to Albuquerque, I shouldn’t stay in this hotel and stay somewhere else. I don’t have any issue with kids nor animals, it was just a constant running around and banging from upstairs even till late at night was our issue. Least they could do is address it with the employee since I am a paying customer and have some respect for us who stayed below them. There was a few nights that the fire alarm went off 2 days in a row we stayed there.
I thought that it was cute and clean. Everyone there was nice and very helpful
Checking in was a breeze, the receptionist was nice and welcoming. When i got into the room, there were a few minor issues but she did not hesitate to change rooms. Definitely will stay again soon!
My room didn't have toilet paper or wash cloth. Bed was dirty.
Good Security with the key cards, nice people. Lots of restaurants in the area.
