I like the people everyone so friendly and helpful Beautiful views and quiet there is nothing to not like

Just simply wonderful!!! My wife and I had a great time. Be sure and use the shuttles to town.

The ultimate resort for families.. Close to Sante Fe with all the Amenities

I will keep this short and to the point. Four Seasons Rancho Encantado is one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure to stay in, ever. The hotel is a short drive outside of Santa Fe but, the trade off is PEACE and QUIET.( and after all isn't that what a vacation should be??) Ever smiling and accommodating staff made our 20th anniversary a memorable one. Dinner at Terra was sublime, our casita was private and quiet , did I mention quiet? Be sure to travel down to the Tesuque Market for at least one meal, the local ambiance is not to be missed along with great lunch and drinks . All in all a fabulous time!

The casita was understated elegance and so peaceful. The staff were professional and service oriented. a 10 minute drive to Santa Fe and 30 minute drive to the Ski Basin. A nice retreat and outdoors adventure.

The place you sleep is just or more important to me than the actual vacation or getaway destination and the Four Seasons in Santa Fe exceeded my expectations. I knew it would be nice but WOW. Of course the staff were all very pleasant and helpful but it was the whole lay out of the resort that really impressed us. The "casitas" as they are called make for a very private and romantic experience. Having a wood burning fire place in your room in a nice touch but then you get another on out on your nice sized very private patio ! I can go on and on but I'll stop with just one last thing, the beds are the most comfortable that I can remember in any resort or hotel I've stayed in period. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful, excellent service, great location, the staff was great, but, what set them apart for me was the staff who cleaned the room and did the outside maintenance, they were so helpful and courteous and so willing to help. Kudos to Four Seasons...All your employees of this resort made it great!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The casitas are perfect, warm, inviting. Bathroom has heated floor, large shower, etc. Room has a kiva with real wood (only hotel on our trip in NM to do so).

Beautiful property about 12 minutes north of the main plaza in Santa Fe. Quiet natural desert setting away from all the tourist traffic. Rooms and restaurant are of the highest quality with very little out of place. It seems that Four Seasons is still getting their normally excellent systems and processes in place - the normally crisp and thoughtful Four Seasons execution was a bit less so at this property, but it is better than anything we saw in town.

Our stay at Encantado was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff was courteous and attentive. There was a slight mix up in our reservation, but it was quickly and calmly rectified...and we were given an upgrade for the trouble! This resort is in the mountains, and about a 20 minute drive to downtown Santa Fe. I loved being tucked away like that. It was so serene and beautiful. The drive to town was not bad at all, but you can always get a ride in one of the shuttles (a Mercedes SUV, I might add.) Unfortunately the pool was closed for the season (there is only an outdoor pool) but the hot tub, gym, and yoga/movement studio were still open. However, the 100 gallon soaking tub in the room was plenty for me! The bartender (George) is great. He tipped us off to great drinks and food at Terra, as well as recommending things to do in town. In fact, the whole staff was very accommodating and more than happy to help us find a good restaurant depending on what we were craving or a great spot to hike, etc. Overall, our stay was incredible. If you have the chance to stay here, do it!

The Encantado is truly a five star resort. Our casita was very large and comfortable, great option if you want to relax and unwind in your room. Much larger than rooms in downtown Santa Fe in my experience. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Great workout room and spa. My only small gripe is the restaurant pricing is on the expensive end and it's 15 minutes into town so you are a bit captive to expensive (but excellent) food. I would absolutely stay at the Encantado again.

Unbelievably beautiful setting with first-class amenities. When you've had enough shopping & bad art at the plaza, come out to Encandado to experience sweeping vistas, gorgeous sunsets & world class cuisine. The staff could not be better & are genuinely friendly & helpful. Think Broadmoor on a smaller, personal scale. Think Ventana in the high desert. Stunning. Really.

Encantado is the best resort in the US. Absolutely pure luxury, class and beauty. The service is the best of any hotel/resort I have ever stayed and the accomadations with gorgeous views of breathless sunsets cannot be topped. The spa and spa services are first rate and the room, a Vista Casita, was absolutely amazing. Would return ANYTIME! The single best hotel I have ever stayed at!!
