Toilet water ran all night. Lots of noises from roof in early morning from 5 am to 6am

We had a one-night stay here on our way back home. The property did a very good job trying to incorporate the safety and cleanliness measures during this pandemic. we had an easy in-and-out stay in a clean room, and every one was able to get some sleep.

If you are on the first floor front of the property, rooms are noisy due to overhead people, traffic and continuously running ac fan. Staff was friendly, pleasant and competent. Rooms were clean but a little run down.

It was really the only one of two hotels in Clayton. So for us the location was key.

Jacuzzi was out of order. Website didn’t tell us. That was the only reason we chose this hotel. WiFi wasn’t working. Front desks agent said it’s a continual issue. Hallway had dog poop and we all stepped in it

We stayed here on a road trip from Texas to Colorado. The hotel was right on the road and easy to find. Parking was convenient. The check-in was quick and easy, and the receptionist gave us each a cold bottle of water - very welcomed after a hot drive across Texas. The room was cool and comfortable. We walked to a nearby (1 block) restaurant for dinner. We were on the ground floor, and the room was quiet. The beds were comfortable, so we all slept well. The breakfast had many choices. No donuts, but probably a good thing! The ice machine was not working, but the receptionist provided us with ice from a bag of ice in their freezer. If we pass this way again, we will most likely stay here.

We chose the hotel because breakfast was included, but upon our arrival we learned that per state law the hotel is not allowed to serve breakfast yet so the hotel gave us a bag per person with some fruit and oatmeal. In the morning you can go downstairs and have coffee and juice from the machines. This was not specified in the hotel description.
