Room 112 was dirty and had a musty dog smell. One of the queen beds had an obviously dirty comforter with a pee stain in the middle of the bed. The comforter pictures don’t do the dirtiness justice. The laminate flooring had not been swept or mopped, and was sticky to walk on. When we checked out, there was no one at the front desk to talk with concerning our stay, so we dropped our room key in the basket that was provided on the desk and left. This was definitely not a $144/night stay. We’ve stayed at this hotel on prior trips w/o issues, so we’re hoping this was a “one off” experience. Regardless, it definitely gives us pause to select this hotel in the future.

We picked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool to let out some energy for our toddler after being stuck in the car for 10 hours. Upon arrival pool is closed for reasons beyond their control. I asked how long the pool has been closed and she said A FEW YEARS NOW! I advised they take it off their website and she just said we’ve tried. So here is your warning, don’t expect a pool when you book. Also, don’t expect clean beds, a secure building, a clean room, or anything extraordinary. I didn’t expect extraordinarily but I did expect a decent place to lay my head but I ended up being grossed out by the massive stains on the bed, yellow pillows, used qtip on the floor, used coffee left in the pot, and used soap left in the shower. Not to mention the side door was broken not requiring a key to enter which by past reviews has been broken for over 5 months now. Spend the extra money to stay somewhere else, especially if you have a family.

For a small, older building, it was pretty good. The lobby serves as the breakfast area, so not much room. Since there was a large family traveling together I skipped breakfast. Parking lot is kind of small, but easy to negotiate. Good value for the price.

Nothing is unique about this property it’s really a forced stop after hours of driving. We say every year we’ll never go back. But sadly it’s the cleanest of the dirty places. Both beds appeared to have been laid on, smells of smoke in non-smoking, don’t even try to take a bath. There is hair in every corner of the bathroom that includes the shower too. It’s just a horrible nasty motel. Has potential but they need to fire all the current cleaning crew and find someone that’s actually cleaning.

Keep looking, only stay if you HAVE to!

When we arrived, no one was at the front desk to greet. Had to ring a bell and wait. We went into the room that was reserved online (of 2 adults, 2 kids) and the second bed had no sheets, pillows, nothing. Then we alerted front desk, they immediately brought it to us for us to put on ourselves. The window was left open about 6 inches, i guess for natural ventilation…but in late December? There is no fan in the restroom and the caulking around the tub appears to be all original. We were awoken at about 3 am from loud banging outside. Not consistent in rhythm but pervasive for over an hour. Most likely was the wind outside blowing a trash can or a loose door. We stayed near the entrance where both were present. Breakfast was ok. Needed after being kept awake from the banging for hours. Fortunately this was only an overnight stay, otherwise….we would find another place. Overall, find a different place than here.

Perfect travel stop with Dog

Perfect stop on drive to Colorado with large dog. Room wa comfortable and recently updated. No 5 star hotel, but was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was as expected (no yogurt or fruit, but eggs sausage cereal waffles and juice)

We did not expect the ritz for this price, and I am not overly picky when it comes to cleanliness, but I would not stay here again. The floors were really gross even though not carpeted. I put towels down after my shower to walk on so my feet would not get dirty. The mattresses seemed really old and the beds squeaked when you turned over.
