This was was our 12th year staying during Labor day weekend, staff was great and very accommodating. Breakfast was also really good, the green chile was a nice add. Only issue was the patio area. Sad to see the decline in maintenance. Ants and roaches everywhere. Pigeons hanging out under the patio appears they have ruined the TV. Definitely need to hire an extermination company and clean it up. Rooms are good for the price and still our favorite place to stay.

The outside of the Hotel and the pictures got us because the price is usually not what I like to pay. Being that we were there to move our daughter in for college and wanted to be right down the street from her we chose this hotel. Once we checked in we could smell the musty smell. We were in room 204 and immediately once we walked in our room it was a musty smell. My husband has asthma and seemed to need his nebulizer more than normal during our stay. The A/C wouldn't stay on so it would cool down the room then it would get warm again then it would go on again. We've stayed at a Staybridge before and it was really nice this location wasn't. Considering the price was expensive and we had 2 rooms.

Staff was very rude and unprofessional i rented the room for 2 days and 2 nights it was my lil girl birthday snd ive rented this place in the past and had birthday partys there but the manager told me i could have a birthday party there because her friend was having one there too so she maid me stip my birthday party to allow hwr friend to have one it was favoritism

Staff was condescending and rude. Not helpful. In town for a sports event...spoke with hitel day prior for an early check in...arrived at 1pm...was told room wont be ready until at least 3pm (normal check in time) only to watch 3 other families on the same team check in at 1:30pm. I was sitting in the parking lot. Social hour is only Mon-Wed other hotels offer everyday...seems cheap on hotels part considering prices. Room was just okay, water pressure in shower was non-existant. Just crappy service, facilities and staff. Wont return

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfy! Staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast offered limited options for those with gluten or dairy issues (I have Celiac disease). For the price of the room including breakfast, I expected better options.

Disappointed

Our stay wasn't as good as we had hoped. The pool was closed and the staff didn't offer any alternatives or reasons for it being closed. Breakfast was not very satisfying. They were out of lots of items and didn't replenish them .

I have a habit of calling prior to booking my hotel to ensure the pool is in fact open. I called prior to booking was told yes the pool is open. Later that evening checking in we were told pool was closed and will be reopened the following morning at 8. Next morning came around and was told it would be ready by 10am. 6pm came around and it was still closed. I understand things happen but don’t lie to the guest about the pool being open. I wouldn’t have stayed there had I known beforehand.
