Staff was great, location for downtown, room was classic Santa Fe. All in all great place to stay and enjoy Santa Fe.
Each member of the staff was awesome. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The location is perfect. I also liked the charm of the property. Three problems were that the room was really warm and made sleeping difficult. Despite leaving windows open the room did not cool. Clearly the air conditioner did not work; we had to ask for a fan. Also, we had to replace the room keys every day - some days - 3 times in a day. This caused a little inconvenience. The lighting was a little low - I would recommend a stronger light, particularly by the sink.
Excellent location great place to stay
Beautiful hotel in a great location. It’s very walkable to all of the great things near the Plaza. The room was beautiful and had a very comfortable bed. The front desk attendant was very friendly and made us feel welcome.
Great location!
Besutiful atmosphete in the hotel with traditional non- pretentious, Spanish archtecture and decor.
Unique setup, vintage furniture, very in-line with the area/environment.
We had a great stay. It was our 50th anniversary and we were greeted with a bottle of fine Cabernet in waiting for us in our room, The staff built a fire for us every night. Great place. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Chimayo
Super friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Would go back in a heartbeat!
This hotel is one-of-a-kind and it definitely takes you to Chimayo Sanctuary.
The staff was extremely polite, helpful and professional. We enjoyed our stay very much.
I loved that the rooms had so much character! It was so peaceful looking out on the balcony at night. The only thing they need to advise guest about is that the 2 full bed rooms are upstairs. I was not aware and I had my handicapped mother with me. I requested a downstairs room, which the door was, but after opening it we were met with a large flight of stairs.
Great property with a perfect location to explore Santa fe. Rooms need more maintenance attention. We had a clogged sink and the Keurig was broken (room 103). Overall the hotel look and feel is great and staff was really helpful.
Its location near the Plaza and the casual nature of the complex.
The room was good size and the hotel is in a great location to the plaza. The attached restaurant, Estevan, and bar, Low Rider, were bot very good. The room was a bit dated in certain areas but overall it met our needs.
Nice atmosphere, bar, décor. Great Location. Would be nice if had Free breakfast.
This is such a lovely property! It was easy to find and the staff was very helpful both at check-in and check-out. They have underground garage parking for hotel guests. There's a bar downstairs and great restaurant upstairs (Estevan's). I wish I could have stayed a bit longer, but alas, I had to continue my roadtrip. I'll definitely be back!
